The gulf-side balcony overlooks the beach with a sweeping view of the gulf. This view reaches the ship channel at the east end of Port Aransas which carries traffic into and from Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi Bay. This balcony stretches the length of the condo with ample furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
There is a wall of glass doors and windows that provides Gulf of Mexico views from the master bedroom, dining room and living room.
The kitchen has all modern appliances and the living room has a large flat screen tv. Of course, free wireless internet is available if you must check in with the "real world" while in the Island.

I have stayed in this condo quite a few times and plan on returning again. The view is spectacular. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well cared for. Port Aransas is a wonderful town to explore and this location is very convenient. It is just a short walk to the beach, or you can sit on the huge private balcony and enjoy the gulf from there. Excellent value for a vacation with your friends and family.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
Absolutely wonderful, so relaxing, truly a real vacation spot

This condo is way above any other vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It is exceptionally clean, well cared for and really has all the amenities of a home, it is tastefully decorated giving one a comforting, belonging feeling. This is an extremely spacious and well laid out condo making it ideal for family vacations. The view from the condo is spectacular, marvellous ocean views, it is so lovely sitting on the veranda watching the beautiful sunsets. Flocks of pelicans fly by, there is also quite a variety of wild life to watch. Huge ships can be seen in the distance. The fresh shrimp is to die for.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Stayed here in July 2009. The condo is fabulous. Everything was spotless when we arrived, the furnishings are very nice, and the kitchen has everything needed. A unique property in that it is clearly furnished and taken care of as a second home. With rentals you never know if you are going to arrive and find the furniture to be garage sale quality, the carpets a mess, or the place only marginally clean. In this case it was like borrowing the house from people we knew. The property is managed by the owner who is very nice and easy to work with. The pool is very large with a great 8 foot deep end. Beach is easy to get to and nice. Balcony is mostly private and good for enjoying the view weather permitting.
