This house on a large level lot is located on the east side of Little Sodus Bay connected to Lake Ontario. This location has full waterfront views with spectacular sunsets throughout the year. This is a family friendly vacation spot with many amenities in the immediate area.

The second largest state park in the Finger Lakes, sporting a sand beach, is within walking distance and a scenic 18 hole golf course is 3 minutes away. The Sterling Renaissance Festival in July and August is a 10 minute drive and a unique experience for all.

The house is built into a small hill allowing for the main floor and lower level walkout access to the water. The main floor has new hardwood floors, granite counter tops and furniture as well as 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The wide expanse of windows provides for a large view of the bay while in the kitchen and main living area.

This house is unique as you walk down to the lower level it reveals another, more casual, living area with a kitchen, full bath and 2 bedrooms. This area also has bay views and you walk out to a patio right on the water. Central air conditioning for entire house.

Bring your boat, jet ski and dock them to the 60 ft permanent dock for easy access to all water activities on Little Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario.

  • My family of 10 stayed the last week of July 09 and enjoyed the first warm weather of the year. The house is very well equipped, and has an exceptional waterfront facing West, so it offers fantastic sunsets. With an open floor plan, two complete living and kitchen areas, plenty of yard space for lawn games, and lots of on site parking, it is a paradise. The beach area it rocky, but slopes so it is great for the kids swimming/wading, fishing is good right off of the dock, and Little Sodus Bay is exceptional for boating, skiing, boarding, and sailing. Access to Lake Ontario is quick and less than a mile. Fair Haven Beach State Park is great for hiking and biking and is less than a mile away. This rental provided us with a very memorable vacation.

  • Your place is so peaceful. I love going there to relax. I love sitting on the end of the deck and putting my feet in the water!! The lawn is a park like setting! Your home is a nice retreat!
