Thought the place was beautiful and well maintained. The furnishing were comfortable and of good quality. Everything provided (except for a cookie sheet}. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There were not a lot of amenities close by. Limited restaurant and shopping possibilities . Nothing disappointed us and in fact, this was a much nicer property than anything we have used in previous years and hope timing will allow us to use again in years to come. It is close to the NASCAR track which was our reason for coming to the Phoenix area. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. We just throughly enjoyed our stay.

Men's retreat

For years my male friends and family members get together to take in a few spring training baseball games and watch the NCAA basketball tournament, away from the wives and mothers (women). Male bonding with our sons. Group's age ranges from 70 to 9. We rented this home and was very pleased with the accommodations. Plenty of room for eaverybody, everything worked the way it was supposed to (doesn't always work out that way). Management (Janice) was very friendly and easy to work with. Pictures don't do this home justice. Very classy property, you won't be disappointed with this rental. Would love to rent again someday. Thanks for helping us have another successful get away.

Only word to describe is magnificient. Everything in this house is first class and you could not expect a greater experience. Plenty of room, beautiful furnishings, and great location. This home was everything that was advertised and much more. The pictures do not really do justice to just how nice this home is. The interior is very nicely decorated and fully apportioned for having all of your meals. The furniture is like new and there is plenty of space to get away by yourself or watch television in the great room or play games in the upstairs family room. You will find all that you need except the food, and you can get that at the newer Safeway shopping center not far from the home. The outside has a very nice pool and separate hot tub and we spent several evenings enjoying the outdoor fire place with a glass of wine in the evenings before we retired. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, was easy to find and easy to get back to the main freeway. The rental staff were great (thank you Lacey) and communicated with us very well. Check in and checkout was the easiest experience I have every had with a VRBO property due in part to the very organized document that was sent to us explaining the use of the house and close by accommodations. If there is a downside (we found none) it may be the 50 minute drive from the airport in Phoenix. There is a shuttle available (about $85.00 round trip), but you will want to rent a car unless you plan on staying the entire time in the home, which one could easily do. The house comes with (2) bicycles for exploring the area. If you are a Spring Baseball fan, the Reds have their ball field 10 minutes away, and you are 20 minutes from the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale. If you are looking for a beautiful home and a quiet get away, this is your place. I will rent it again if I am ever in the area and I would recommend it to my closest friends. Long weekend

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful home for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The master bedroom was amazing and the pool and spa were clean and throughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this home to other people. Janice was extremely helpful and responded to e-mails quickly. Great home!!!

We stayed 5 days at this beautiful home. It had everything and more that we needed. We are very familiar with the Phoenix/Goodyear area and this is a great neighborhood. The private pool and spa were a dream. I would definitely stay here again. The rates were more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is that we didn't stay longer!

Great House

My wife and I, together with another couple, rented the house the last week of March, 2010. The primary purpose of our trip was to see spring training games in Goodyear, and the house is well-situated for that as it's about 8 miles south of the stadium. The house is very spacious, with several additional rooms beyond the standard ones. The master bedroom is large enough to accomodate a Shriner's Convention and is separated from the other bedrooms by a long hallway, but the rest of the bedrooms are more standard sized. The pool and spa have a remote control such that the temperature and other features can be adjusted from the house. Kitchen is large and well-equipped. The house was ideal for two couples, and it could easily accomodate a number of children also. Management is professional and knowledgeable, and you will be dealing with the owners' representative, not the owners themselves. If there is a downside to this rental, it would be that the bed springs on several of the beds are a bit squeaky, but that's not much of a downside in comparison to all of the positives.

Janice: Our stay in your vacation home was all we wanted and anticipated based on your description and pictures. From walking in the door to our dreaded departure your professionalism and attention to detail as well as the House, Pool, Hot Tub and all that came with it exceeded our expectations in every way. The girl’s suntanned poolside walked and cycled while the golf nuts took advantage of the wide range of courses and prices available. Christmas dinner for 12 was a breeze prepared in the large well appointed kitchen and served at the dining room table was just one of the many treasured family memories you helped us create. I want to thank you for our fantastic holiday rental. The home was much more than advertised, the view of the surrounding mountains is spectacular, and we made good use of the pool and spa. What a terrific getaway estate... We stayed for a week with our two children and loved every minute. The home is large but comfortable and the owners were diligent to stock it with everything we could have needed. The pool heated up very quickly and the location was perfect for a golf getaway. Be sure to play the Estrella Mountain course as it is excellent. We will definitely stay here again. -Clay and Amby Ellis
