This condo is located in the heart of downtown Boulder just one block West of the St. Julian hotel on Walnut Street. You can easily walk to all the attractions on Pearl Street including the Brasserie Ten Ten for dinner, or enjoy the extensive happy hour menu at The Med for appetizers. The Boulder Creek is also a short walk from the condo. Enjoying the cool waters of the creek is a summer pastime in Boulder. Rent the tubes used to cruise down the creek within two blocks of the condo and enjoy this summer tradition.
The home itself has been completely renovated this past winter of 2008 to present a high-end, luxurious experience. Some of the upgrades include granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom and slate floors. There are stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors on the main level. The living room has a concrete fireplace for enjoying cozy evenings at the condo. There are many technology upgrades including an iPod docking station, 40” flat screen TV, DVD players, satellite television, and secure WiFi for your use. Private laundry facilities are included within the unit. Covered parking is available for one vehicle. Central air and heat are included.
This is a one bedroom/bathroom home. The bedroom has a queen size bed with soft sheets included. The bedroom has been extended to include additional office space. In the living room there is a pull-out couch that accommodates two more guests. The patio in front of the unit is large enough to have a summer evening gathering. A gas grill is available on the patio, as well as a table for enjoying outdoor dining.
