Destin Daydreamer Cottage is a step ahead... This private, Destin, 1600 sq ft home is a short 1 and 1/2 block walk from the beach, with a private,outdoor, enclosed hot tub, seating seven. A sun tanning bed on site and a community pool three houses away is heated March/April. Previously set up as the owner's private residence, the property is full of many upscale amenities and is new to the rental program in 2009. The owner's are local, taking pride in ownership and available should any questions or problems arise. The house even has a full house electrical generator should a power outage occur (rare here). One step gets you from the walk and driveway level into the home with a ramp available for those with mobility issues. A public pavilion with handicap ramp access to the beach, showers and bathrooms has been completed at your beach access point in 2009.
The home is perfect for two couples or a family. This home is set up with a with a huge master bedroom with indoor jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The house features a second bedroom which features a king size bed, and a third bedroom with two sets of twin bunks. If you really need some space, a pull out queen in the living room sleep two more. This neighborhood is limited in access with only one way in and out by auto, limiting traffic. Quiet enough for couples and close enough to Destin's finest restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and amenities. A ten minute walk gets you to all of life's necessities and pleasures-(well not quite all...)

- Destin is a well know charter fishing town with multiple opportunities for Gulf of Mexico fishing on large group boats, private charter boats or bay boats. Shore fishing and pier fishing are excellent also. While the fisherman/women are catching dinner, the rest of the family can spend time at the world class Outlet Mall, sunbathing, beach walking, taking a hot tub or just plain relaxing. This home is a wonderful place to spend a vacation, a short walk to the beach, in a charming neighborhood. The house is big and roomy, and has all the desired amenities. It has a big kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We just had a blast here in Destin. I would love to come back and visit. It's especially great over 4th of July, fireworks on the beach are so beautiful to watch.

This house is wonderful! It's very homey, private and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and has anything you could ever need. The porch and hot tub are secluded giving you the feeling the neighbors are much further away than they are. The walk to the pool and beach are very short and manageable, even with kids and everything but the kitchen sink in tow. I highly recommend a visit to Clipper Cove!

This cottage is so much larger than it looks from the outside. We have really enjoyed staying here; it's clean, well equipped and just a short walk to the beach and some really nice eating places. We especially love the quiet. We call the Master Bedroom the "Throne Room" because you really feel like royalty in this spacious, well appointed room with a beautiful garden tub modern bathroom. You couldn't ask for more in a vacation rental. We'll be back, that's for certain!

We have stayed in this house several times over the past few years and have enjoyed every minute! The location is great to the beach, stores and shopping. It's in a quiet neighborhood so you'll enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night on the patio. You can't go wrong staying here. Go for it! The Fritz Family.
