The 2nd level includes a remodeled and fully equipped kitchen with pantry and a dining area that can accommodate large family style meals. A living room/music room seating at least 10 comfortably, a garden atrium and a powder room.

  • This Sumner house is the house I grew up in. It is comfortable and will feel like "your home away from home". It is filled with many happy moments and memories and I hope the people who stay in it will enjoy the home as much as my family and I have!
