Wonderful ocean view villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. The villa has been completed remodeled and updated. The balcony has a relaxing view of the pool, beach and ocean. There is a pool located steps from the villa and the beach is a stones throw away.
Upon entry, the villa has new tiled floors throughout except for the bedrooms where there is Berber carpet. The master bedroom is spacious with private bath. The master includes a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, large closet, two large dressers with TV and Cable. The second bedroom has two twin beds, another large closet, one large dresser, night stand, TV and Cable.
The living room is spacious and decorated with a beach theme. There is a queen sleeper sofa, leather recliner and additional glider rocker, for those who enjoy a good book, a new flat panel TV with cable, stereo, DVD, VCR. WiFi is available. Extra bedding is available for the pull out sofa.
The kitchen and dining rooms are also are made for large families and great for entertaining. The table seats 6. The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances, including a sile stone counter top, and is complete with all utensils, no need to bring a thing except your bathing suit. Pull out the mixer for frozen drinks and enjoy the balcony, with the wonderful warm breezes. In the morning enjoy your first cup of coffee on the balcony and relax with the daily paper available at our on site gift shop. This is a second floor villa with access to the elevator and laundry rooms.
Walk, bike or take the car to all the islands wonderful restaurants and attractions.
