Kamaole Beach Royale (KBR) is located in the heart of South Kihei. KBR is just a 20 minute drive from Kahului Airport and only 300 feet from the white sand beach of Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #1, #2, and #3 are considered some of the best swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and sunset beaches on Maui. KBR is within easy walking distance of a wide range of shops and restaurants (ranging from local fast foods to great seafood).
Kamaole Beach Royale (KBR) is perfectly located so that you can watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean every evening (don't forget the moon). You will have ocean views from the lanai and living room and also a view of Mount Haleakala from the bedroom. The rooftop garden area on the 7th floor has panoramic ocean views, including Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanai.
The rooftop is perfect for BBQ, whale watching, and watching the sun set. The pool area is surrounded by lush gardens and is a good place to cool off or sunbath. The condo itself comes fully equipped (see below) including free high-speed internet.

Teri and I returned in October for a longer stay this year. It felt like coming home... which is a great feeling when coming to Maui. Everything was clean and comfortable. We even enjoyed watching it rain from the lanai (the Mai Tais may have helped) One of the best parts of our stay this time was getting to meet some of the owners... what a great group of people. We are already planning our 2012 visit. Thanks for sharing your part of paradise with us.

The condo has everything you need. Pack your toothbrushes, go shopping, cook in the condo/ or upstairs on the seventh floor. Meet the people up there and enjoy the sunsets. Just a short walk to the beach.Absolutely enjoyed our 6 weeks. We will be coming back!! Thanks John, just love your place.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo in October 2010. Everything that we wanted was there. Was very relaxing to sit outside on our covered deck in the a.m. and enjoy our coffee. Was nice to have all the beach gear there for us to use, was handy to have the mats for the beach. The BBQ area upstairs was great. We went up to cook dinner and stayed for the sunset enjoying the time visiting with other guests. We look forward to going back again.
