Truly the best lot on Lake Martin. 485' of private shoreline. Almost a 360 degree view of blue clear water on Kowaliga Bay. Enjoy this relaxing lake home nestled among the shady trees and overlooking a five mile view of beautiful scenery. It is a one and one-half level home, offering three large bedrooms and one additional small bedroom, accompanying eight very comfortably. The one-half level has one of the large bedrooms that's very private. It is great for entertaining or can be cozy just for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open feel. There is a fireplace to enjoy chilly nights, with decks off the den and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The two other bedrooms offer a queen size and two full size beds respectfully. The smaller 4th bedroom attaches to the bedroom with full sizes beds, which has a pair of twin beds. This room is ideal for a family that wants to be near their children. All of the bedrooms have wonderful lake views. From the decks you will enjoy the sunset and sunrise.
There is a wonderful graded sandy beach area ideal for sunbathing, swimming, picnicking or just relaxing. Our home is very "kid friendly" - there is a slide and swing on the beach, and lots of toys!

This was our second time staying in your lake house and I believe my kids enjoy this more than a week at the beach! Your white sand beach with the kayaks were great. The floating dock anchored out gave the kids a great destination. They love the rope swings and hammocks as well. My in-laws were abel to sit on the porch in the shade and look out and watch their grandkids ski and tube. Your home sits great out on the point and the view is wonderful. It is truely a piece of paradise! I do not want to stay anywhere else on lake Martin now because my expectations have been raised too high! Sincerely, John Anker
