Naples is an exclusive city in Florida on the Golf of Mexico. Naples is a safe, clean city with lots of exclusive restaurants, cafes and shopping.
The house is located in a community called “Beachwalk” on Vanderbilt Road West off 41 It is a gated community and 24 hours security.
Beach, restaurants and two shopping centers are in walking or biking distance.
The community itself has a clubhouse with a gym, free wireless, two swimming pools, one of them is on the lake with hot top and six tennis courts. There is WiFi available in the house for $ 30/month.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by old trees, palms and flowers. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garages, large lanai and a little courtyard in the front of the house and the house is perfect for 2 and max. 4 people.
It has just been completely renovated; the kitchen, the bathrooms and the floors are completely new. All the wood cabinetry have granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The master bath has a spa tub with a separate shower. The house is decorated in an elegant and warm style. All flat screens TV are new and DVD player. The large lanai you can use as winter garden.
