Our Condo overlooks close to 400 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water on the Gulf of Mexico from your spacious private balcony that has been tastefully decorated, this unit welcomes you with comfortable luxury. More than once, we've been told it is one of the best decorated units in Ocean Reef. The Living room has a mounted 47" LCD TV and DVD player, with upgraded ceiling fans and light fixtures.

It has an outdoor swimming pools right in front of the Gulf and adjoining hot tub as well as an additional heated indoor pool; a cardio-fitness facility with a steam room and sauna. The kitchen features granite countertops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile throughout, custom cabinets, and brand new appliances. The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has been tastefully decorated with a queen-sized bed and a 20” LCD TV that invites you to lie back and relax. This bedroom adjoins a jack and jill bathroom featuring a shower.
The FOURTH BEDROOM is a bunk bed area that offers two twin beds for additional sleeping space and a desk area for enjoyment.

We rented this condo for a week starting Sept. 24, 2011. The property was everything it said it was. We have been coming to PCB for 30 yrs now so we know where to go and what to do. The condo was well-maintained and my posse of guys loved the flat screens TVs in every bedroom. It was the perfect fit for our family of 8. We had family with us from age 1 to age 74. My parents are in there 70’s they had no problem getting around the complex or the Condo.We loved the BIG dining table & chairs in the condo; the chairs are easy for old people to get up and out of easy. My father loved the Hot Tub. The complex had no resort supplied luggage carts but the nice guys in security let us borrow their Wal-Mart shopping cart and Bob has supplied nice carts for both of his condos. They had taken out the grills by the pool for maintenance –disappointment but good to know that they were taking care of them. What could be bad at the beach for a week? The most special amenties of all was we were able to bring our special furry family member. We always look for a pet friendly condo. We really appreciate people like you Bob that are honest and hard working. Everything was really good. No major problems at all and no one ever bothered us. We will be booking again with you soon. Thanks, Peace, love and laugh!
