Silver Peaks is one of the most popular vacation homes that I represent. The views from this spectacular Paradise Valley vacation home are unmatched.
You will be amazed how the view of Emigrant Peak simply leaps off of the horizon!
This property is perfectly situated for the guest who wants "to do it all"! Mammoth Hot Springs is the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park and sits only minutes away from Silver Peaks.
Opportunities for recreation abound: Fishing on the Yellowstone River, white water rafting, wildlife viewing, swimming in hot springs or in the winter: snowmobiling, cross country skiing, or snowshoeing in Yellowstone.
Bedrooms and Baths:
There is a lot of room to spread out in this home! There is a redwood deck that runs the full length of the home with glass panels instead wooden railings.
There is a recreation room on the lower level and has a sliding door walkout to a cool, shady stone patio. The home offers 4 bedrooms and sleeps 9.
There are 2 full baths and two half baths. There is a futon bed located in the Rec Room. A half bath is located off of the living room.
Living Room:
The living room is the central area of the home. The living room is actually part of one large area that contains a harvest table (that seats 8), a gas fireplace and the kitchen.
Both the ceiling fan and the double sliding glass doors to the deck allow for cool breezes to move into the home in the evening.
In addition, the homeowners added A/C in 2008…just in case there is a warm evening. For those guests that need to stay "connected" there is wireless Internet access throughout the home.
Other Amenities:
For fly fishing enthusiasts, the homeowners have a generous library of hot fishing spots and maps to many local hiking trailheads.
