This property offers all the amenities you would expect in an upscale, privately-owned, vacation home: a cheery wood burning fireplace in the living room area; a fantastic 180 degree, unobstructed view of the beach, harbor and ocean; a wide balcony with glass-top table and 4 director chairs for al fresco dining, people watching or relaxed viewing the ever-changing pattern of small boats and ocean-going ships in the harbor.
Of course, there is cable TV with flat screen in living room area, wireless high-speed internet throughout, a FAX/scanner/copier/printer, and telephones in the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms.
Our condo is fully furnished and ready to move into -- just bring your personal items, food and drink as everything else you need is here: the spacious kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking; the china, crystal and silver service supports formal or casual dining for eight; our laundry room has a built-in washer and dryer, and stores the ironing board, iron, and a small portable BBQ for use on the balcony; there are sand chairs, beach umbrellas and assorted hats in the entryway closet; and a vacuum cleaner in the hall closet.
The master bedroom features canopied twin beds coupled to make a king sized double bed (bedding and linens are provided for both the "king" and the "twin" bed configurations), There is a spacious walk-in wardrobe closet, an armoire for storing extra pillows and bedding, a secretary desk with chair, and a boudoir chair. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a generous stall shower, and separate toilet room.
The guest room provides twin beds, bedside table, and a double wardrobe closet with dresser. The guest bath has glass-enclosed bathtub/shower combination. Skylights in the entry and in each of the bathrooms provide added sunlight in those areas.
The condominium recreation room, with its wet bar and regulation-sized pool table, is available for tenant use as are the two saunas (men's and woman's) and a small gym with aerobic and weight exercise equipment.
