It is in quiet tree lined neighborhood on a large lot with privacy and parking on the property with room for parking a boat. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Stono River and Intercoastal Waterway and has a public boat ramp within walking distance from the house. The property is well landscaped and has a screened porch with ceiling fan as well as other outside patio areas and gas grill.
The neighborhood is adjacent to the Charleston City Golf Course, minutes to causeway to Johns Island and Kiawah Island and is only minutes to Downtown and Folly Beach.
