This new ground floor 30 m2 studio is located on Vatatzi Street in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue; it has its own private entrance. The apartment can easily accommodate as many as three adults or a couple with two small children.
The interior has just been completely renovated: the oak floor of the unified space and its exposed stone wall combine to superb effect.
The furniture, designed along ultra modern lines, consists of a two-seater sofa bed (bed width: 110 cm), a comfortable desk, a dining table seating four, and a double bed (140 cm wide). The walk-in closet has a glass door and offers ample storage space for clothing and other items.
The Italian design functional kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, ceramic 4-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, etc. along with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.
The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with shower, as well as A/C, LCD TV, telephone and both Wi-Fi or wired 24 MB ADSL Internet connection; bedclothes & towels are also provided.

I was in the #?? 01 apartment a week. Very cool and modern, all the apartments were very clean! The apartment is super location just 8 minutes walk from the city center. The manager is very kind and sympathetic. Everyone feel free to recommend it! Thank you for everything HomZ! See you soon.
