This new ground floor 30 m2 studio is located on Vatatzi Street in the central Athens district of Neapolis, near Alexandras avenue; it has its own private entrance. The apartment can easily accommodate as many as two adults or a couple with a small child.
The interior has just been completely renovated: the oak floor of the unified space and its exposed stone wall combine to superb effect.
The furniture, designed along ultra modern lines, consists of a two-seater sofa bed (bed width: 110 cm), a comfortable desk, a dining table seating four, and a double bed (140 cm wide). The walk-in closet has a glass door and offers ample storage space for clothing and other items.
The Italian design functional kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, ceramic 4-burner cooktop, coffeemaker, etc. along with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware.
The studio’s amenities include a bathroom with shower, as well as A/C, LCD TV, telephone and both Wi-Fi or wired 24 MB ADSL Internet connection; bedclothes & towels are also provided.

I have used many times Homz in serve of my stay. The last time I chose the # A?01 Ground Floor Studio. Upon entering the space immediately you realise that this is a very spacious studio that serves 2-3 people. However the color scheme (brown-gray) and materials (wood-stone) exudes warmth and makes you want to stay as much as possible inside. Living room with sofa and desk, comfortable dining area, fully fitted kitchen all in place with style and simplicity. I was in the #AH01 apartment a week. Very cool and modern, all the apartments were very clean! The apartment is super location just 8 minutes walk from the city center. I travelled to Athens with my mother and we stayed 1 week there. We chose a very nice apartment with HOMZ and our choice has been good, because: The owner is very friendly and if you need something or you have a problem the owner helps you immediately. The apartment is fully equipped, well located and its very private, but not impersonal like could be a hotel.
