Tampa Bay is a major sports area, Tampa Bay Rays baseball ,Buccaneers Football, Lightning Hockey, and many of your hometown favorite spring training teams.
If you want only an R and R week or longer this can also be as private and quiet as you want to make it. Everyone who has been here wants to come back. Small dogs are invited guests.

This was the first time we have stayed in a condo, and now will never go back to a hotel. They provided us with everything we needed and the location was perfect. My husband and I, along with our three year old daughter had the best time (super kid friendly). It was very quiet and a super clean place to stay. We watched the dolphins swim by every morning as we ate breakfast on the huge wrap around deck and watched the beautiful sunsets every night as we walked the beach looking for seashells. We also drove to Disney for a day and the drive was only 1.5 hours!! The owners were great too! We look forward to coming back in the future and have recommended this property to a few friends already!!

This is a wonderful complex and great unit. We have stayed on Belleair Beach in the past and find it to be one of the most wonderful beaches on the west coast. Very private with a short walk to the sand yet close to shopping and entertainment. The unit is comfortable with an amazing deck overlooking the ocean. The sunsets are magnificent! We were very pleased with our stay...this is the only way to enjoy the beach in Florida.

I am hesitant to write a review, because honestly, I'd like to keep this treasure all to myself !!! But then I remembered how nervous I was when booking, because at that time there was only the one excellent review from June, 2010. I took a gamble and boy, am I glad I did. The beach is absolutely amazing; close to the unit so no need to pack a lunch. Favorite activities were watching dolphins swim by in the morning, followed by beautiful sunsets in the evening. Wildlife is varied; saw many different birds, 3 manatees, dragonflies, and even tolerated the "lovebugs" season. People on the beach windsurfed and fished, walked, or relaxed in the sun. Excellent pool (uncrowded). Gas station, pharmacy, grocery store about 3 miles away just over the causeway bridge. Do need a car as no convenience store within walking distance, however can buy newspaper from stand outside neighboring complex. Pretty residential neighborhood across street nice for walking dogs. Unit clean, definitely beach casual (not ultra modern), but the location more than makes up for this. So ENJOY, just leave some time for me, OK.

Was by far one of the best condo's we've stayed at! They thought of everything. Plus there were beautiful views,perfect sunsets,and wonderful people to meet. The owners are great to work with. We will definately recommend them and this place to everyone. Can't wait to go back!!!

Amazing! The views, the tranquility, the facilities.....We had a wonderful get away! No traffic if we had to run into town to get supplies - just over the bridge. We walked south on the beach for half an hour one afternoon and literally ran into 2 people. It felt like our own little paradise! From sun-up to sun-down, if we weren't on the beach or at the pool, we sat in the shade (or the sun) of the deck and read and listened to music and sipped our favourite beverages and watched life stroll (or swim) by. We would love to come back and would recomend this unit to our family and friends!

We just returned from a week's stay at this unit in Belleair Beach! You will not find a better location! You have a front row seat to gorgeous sunsets every evening from the wrap-around deck. No obstructed views here or straining to see the ocean from a "so-called" oceanfront property---this unit is literally just a few steps from white, powdery sand and the beautiful turquoise waters of the gulf. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the deck while we watched the dolphins swim just a few hundred feet offshore. From the grill on the deck to the well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, and board games, you literally do just need to bring your toothbrush and swimsuit! This has become our favorite spot and we hope to return for many years to come! Thanks so much!
