It's time to RELAX! Enjoy the feel of home AWAY from home in our immaculate and tastefully decorated lakefront condominium. Located just outside of Camdenton on Hwy.54 within the gated community of CEDAR HEIGHTS on the Niangua arm (13MM) of the lake, our area is popular for family vacations or quiet retreats.
We are on the parking lot level so there are NO STEPS to go up or down to this 2nd floor 2 bd/2 bath 1050 sq.ft. unit. The Master suite has a queen bed with 2 side tables and 2 lamps, walk in closet, private bath with double vanity, and a separate entrance to the deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 2 side tables and 2 lamps, and a pocket door convenient for creating a private entrance to the adjoining bathroom. In the living room, there is a TV-VCR-DVD player, sofa, loveseat, coffee table and 2 end tables with lamps, and free high speed internet connection. In the cooler months you can snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace.
In the summertime, after brewing a fresh cup of coffee in our fully equipped kitchen, take in the beautiful sunrise on the private deck overlooking a panoramic view of the lake. The deck furnished with table, chairs and BBQ grill, faces east so there is no hot summer sun!
All bath/bed/kitchen linens are provided. Other amenities include refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, and ceiling fans inside and out.
An elevator is located just around the corner to make it easy for you and your family to get to the boat docks and one of the 3 swimming pools. For the fishermen or boaters, we provide a complimentary 10X24 covered boat slip for your stay.
Only minutes away by boat or car is Bridal Cave or Ha Ha Tonka State Park the perfect location for people who enjoy the outdoors with hiking trails, caves and breathtaking views. If you prefer to golf, two courses are located within 1 mile of Cedar Heights, along with many others in the area.
The Niangua Arm of the lake is perfect for boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, or just floating around in a peaceful cove.

My husband and I really appreciated the peace and serenity at this lovely condo. We arrived on a Saturday and left a week later. During the week we felt like we were the only ones using the facility, but that wasn't true. Other residents/guests were also taking advantage of the lovely fall weather and solitude. The accommodations were lovely and the owners were so welcoming with the homey touches throughout. Our friends joined us for a long weekend and we enjoyed the deck in the evenings watching the boats and wildlife. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking solitude, especially in the fall.

Our stay was a wonderful experience! What a beautiful condo with everything a person would need. I have rented several condos over the years and this is one of the best. The location right on the lake was beautiful and Ha Ha Tonka Park is very close...an attraction a person must see. Several eating places close by and the drive on the strip wasn't far. How perfect....the three pools on the property............many of activities close (Water Park was favorite), clean and pretty condo and a relazing balcony for Nanna and Pappa.......... We would definitely stay at your condo again. Thanks for the fun experience with our grandkids on our first little vacation with them.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at the condo for our 3 nights at the lake. It was very peaceful and quite which was exactly what we were looking for. Enjoying laying by the pool and shopping at the outlet mall. My husband and I stayed the last week in August at this condo. We really enjoyed our stay - the condo was clean, enjoyed the pool, grilling and eating on the deck and of course the great view of the lake! It was a relaxing time and we will definately return again!

I was very pleased with our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. I loved the view also! There were no crowds at the pool. It was only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and a 20 min drive to the outlet mall. We had a great stay and will definitely be returning.

Condo was great. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The parking level made it so easy to come and go. The grounds were beautiful and the pools were very nice. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to vacation at the Ozarks.

Great place to stay! Easy to find - right next to Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf Courses. Easy to get in and out of the condo - Parking is on the same level as the Condo. Extremely Clean, very comfortable and relaxing, with a complete compliment for accomodations! The Balcony - Deck looks right out over the water. It even brought me good luck too - I got a Hole in One on the final day of the Golf Tournament we played! Extremely fair pricing - I guarantee you cannot beat this for all that it has to offer. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I have recommended it to all of my friends! Thanks for a great vacation!

One of the easiest properties to get to on the lake. It was quiet but close enough to the action to get to it easily. It felt much more home-like than others we have been in becaus of the decor and furnishings. We'll be back!!
