This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo offers gorgeous views in all directions. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Texas Gulf Coast from the privacy of your living room and master bedroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 overlook the Sea Gull Condominium’s large freeform swimming pool with beautiful hot tub (complete with waterfall feature). Located on the North end of Sea Gull Condominiums our unit offers direct access to the beach and pool area.
Marvel at the spectacular sunrises over the Gulf of Mexico or sunsets over the Laguna Madre Bay on one of our three private balconies. Professionally decorated with coastal décor, comfy furniture, TV’s in every room and a well stocked kitchen. Have work to do? Free high speed internet connections in the condo.
This is not a typical rental, this is our families’ home away from home and we want it to be yours too! Kids are made to feel welcome with a large bunkroom that sleeps 4-6 guests. There is even a Children’s Summer Art Program staffed by bonded and caring personnel offered FREE to our guests as well as a play room complete with ping pong and pool tables. Twenty-four hour on-site management is available to meet all your needs.
The Sea Gull Condominiums are located about 5 miles up the coast from the small town of Port Aransas. Although Port Aransas is a relaxing little fishing village, it has a surprising variety of fun shops and excellent dining experiences. SPORTSMEN can enjoy such pastimes as parasailing, surfing, kayaking, bay and/or deep sea fishing (Wilson’s Cut boat access is directly across the street). On-site boat/trailer storage welcome (no charge) and a fish cleaning station to boot. If Golf is your game the brand new “Newport Dunes Golf Club” is a one-of-a-kind “Arnold Palmer signature” designed course and only minutes away. The smell of Salt air, The incredible sunsets and sunrises, the never ending ocean breeze, the sound of the waves breaking, These are all great reasons that we chose Mustang Island for our family's summer getaway, but the real reason is the excitment, joy, and smiles we see on our kids faces while we are there. We wanted a place where the kids could bring their friends and we could share our love for the coast with other families and friends. We found that in our SeaGull condo. It really is Simply Paradise.

We had a girls trip and this beautiful condo was perfect for us. The entire place was so beautiful and comfortable. The big bedroom was perfect for all 5 girls and my sister and I loved the master (wonderful bed)! My mom loved having her own room with the balcony over looking the pool. We had plenty of space and felt like we were at home. It is such a beautiful and spacious place. We cooked in every day. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes which was great. My mom, sister and I loved watching movies on the big TV each night. The furniture is extremely comfortable (mom especially loved the cozy chairs). We were pleasantly surprised that chairs were provided on the beach for us to use. We loved how the beach was so close to our unit. Being on the first floor was a real plus. I can't say enough. This is a perfect place especially if you have a big group. The girls were so happy that they could all stay in the same room together. There was even a TV in their room which they made good use of late at night. Best place I have ever stayed at in Port A!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

My family had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condominium for the first time in May 2009. This place was incredible in every way. The condo was beautifully decorated in a way that made us feel like we were residing in a tropical paradise. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious how much work the homeowners had put into this amazing place. Each room was tastefully decorated and the detail was simply immaculate. Another thing we loved was that every single room had a private balcony overlooking either the ocean or the pool. On the oceanfront side of the condo we found it extremely handy to have a private gated area for our use only attached to the unit that included two barbeque pits and picnic table. This particular condo is located on the ground floor of the high rise, however the views are not compromised which we loved! Words truly cannot describe how beautiful this condo is.My husband and I have an eight month old daughter, and if you have young children, I’m sure you can relate to the convenience of being on the ground floor as well. However with this particular condo’s location, not only are you on the ground floor, you are literally feet away from the pool, hot tub and cabana area. As a matter of fact, when our daughter was napping, we could easily listen in on the monitor from the pool to our room to make sure she was ok. This is the only room in the entire complex that exhibits such prime location to both the pool and the ocean! And for those of your with older children, the unit has a private balcony that gives you a clear view of the entire pool which as I mentioned early is just a few feet away. If you have ever been to Port Aransas, TX before, you are probably fully aware of the fact that the seaweed can often be the one downfall of the beautiful beaches, however each morning we could look out our window and see a beach clean up crew grooming the beach and clearing the seaweed! We have been at many other areas on the Port Aransas coast, and this was by far the cleanest area of the beach we have been to yet. I know that not all areas have groomed beaches, so to me this was a great selling point of this particular condo.I could really go on for hours about the memorable vacation we shared, however I’m afraid that if I make this too long no one will read it! In conclusion, this place is one of a kind. We had truly had the time of our lives and can’t wait to go back.Thanks for everything,Kate, Tyler

I am sure you have heard this before, your condo is beautiful, we hated to leave. Our two year old grandson loved the bunkbed room, we had to hide the ladder because he wore us out climbing up and down. God willing, we hope to stay longer next summer and we will have a second grandson with us. Our daughter and son in law will be blessing us with our second grandson in August of this year.
