VRBO had been recommended by a friend of ours in the U.S...We'd seen this condo on the net and decided to give it a shot. We booked 10 nights in April 2011. Imagine our surprise when we walked in and it was BETTER than the pictures on this website! This place is amazing! Clean and tidy and even more spacious than it looks in the photographs. The beach is so close and there are bars and restaurants all within a short walk from the front door. Sunset is a great time to sit on the balcony with a cold drink and just watch the brilliant display. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such an amazing place to spend our vacation. We'll never use a hotel again!

Our Holiday in Patong

April 2011 We had the time of our lives in this condo. Everything you could wish for and more. Besides a small hiccup on check in everything ran like a swiss watch.The staff were courteous and helpful especially our room maid who was just lovely. Honest reliable and we had no worries about leaving things unlocked in our rooms. The condo had not been used for some time prior to our arrival and was a little bit stale at first due to it being locked up but once we settled in it was great. Fantastic location to the beach, nightlife,shopping and restaurants. Right in the middle of the action but being on the 23rd floor the nights are quiet and the sunsets unbelievable. A better location for the fun lovers would be hard to find. The only disappointment was the pool. Not up to resort standard but the beach is a stone throw away and magnificent. All dealings over the internet were handled OK . I will be returning soon and strongly recommend this condo for a great holiday stay. Ian Adelaide South Australia.

As for the condo being slightly 'stale' when you arrived I have ask for the local staff to turn the A/C on and freshen the unit on the day of guest arrival so hopefully this will be resolved. A Real Hidden Gem in The Middle of The Action in Pattong Beach!! Won't Find a Better Place Than This

I spent 9 days/8 nights at this wonderful property on May 2.010. First of all, the people responsible for the unit is highly professional, dealt all the time with them by email and all my emails were promptly answered and with all the information needed. They also gave me the flexibility to pre-pay for my stay through a US merchant account using my credit card so I really felt confident and safe all the time about the transaction. Let me tell you, the pictures do not make justice to the unit!! The view for this three bedroom unit is the best unit I've ever seen in an oceanview property!! Every single room (including the one NOT FACING 100% THE WATER) have ocean view, the apartment has all the comfort anybody should require/need for a more than pleasant stay; the unit had a bathroom in each unit, enclosed parking, housekeeping included in the price and private elevator for each story (with a key that only works for the selected floor) so with only two units per floor, we always left the door of the unit open without any concern whatsoever since nobody could access our floor without the key and the other unit was empty. I think the 2-br units are more per floor but for the 3-br, only two per floor. The apartment was really clean, all the amenities and equiment needed (kitchenware, linens, bathroom stuff, etc.) I cannot recommend this place enough for anybody interesting in having the best time in Phuket. The unit is in the middle of everything!! Restaurants, bars, shopping, massage parlors, you name it and it is within less than a block from the place; free wireless on the lobby and 1 block away from the beach. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed for vacation and I am looking forward to come back there to spend another vacation. The management is really kind, highly professional and amazingly trustworthy!! we did not have any problems at any time and all our needs were taken care of when we had questions, issues or suggestions. I will definitely recommend this unit to anyone! for the 6 of us traveling to Phuket, this was an oasis in the middle of the crowd. After several hours of flying, this is exactly what we wanted to find at our arrival: No hassle, quick check-in and a pleasant surprise to see that pictures were far from what the actual unit is..............AMAZING!!

Patong Tower was Wonderful!

My friend and I stayed in this 3 bedroom condo for one week while we were traveling through Thailand. It could not have been in a better location! With just a 5 minute walk to Patong beach, my friend and I sure made good use of out time! From Patong tower you can also walk to the beautiful mall Jungceylon and check out the O Top! There are so many great restaurants, including Thai, Vietnamese, Italian, Pizzerias and The Sandwich Shoppe, along the neighboring streets that my friend and I actually ran out of time to try each one! I love that this condo has a pool. Its very nice and not too deep! Because it uses mild salt water instead of chlorination it makes for a very refreshing swim after a long sandy day at the beach! There is also a great spot to lay out and tan. It was nice and relaxing to have large beds with comfortable mattresses, our own private bathrooms and maids bring fresh towels daily! Evenings were the most spectacular part of our days because the view of the sunset from this 22 story balcony is unbelievable! And I come from Hawaii yet I can still say I have never seen sunsets such as those!
