This beautiful, upscale floating home, located in an open end slip, has water views from every room and an unobstructed view of South Waterfront, Waterfront Park, Ross Island and the high rises of the City. In addition to its 2,400 square feet of interior living space, it has 1,000 square feet of patio float with an electric retractable awning and boat ramp for kayak storage and a 500 square foot roof garden.
The moorage is adjacent to Portland Greenway and miles of city bike and walking trails; located in a secured and locked private moorage on West bank of Willamette River; with a 3 mile drive to the city center. It is surrounded with protected wetlands on the west bank which harbor many kinds of wildlife.
The master bedroom suite has a deck, hot tub, gas log fireplace, lofted ceiling, oversized bathroom and glass brick shower with double shower heads. There are two additional bedrooms--one on the first floor (queen bed) and one on the second floor (hide-a-bed sofa). There is a full bath and laundry room on the first floor.
This rental, for safety reason, is not suitable for children.
