  We just returned from our fabulous stay at the Punta Vista and are already booking for another visit. Upon arrival we were greeted by a fabulous staff who attended to all of our needs. The condo is beyond words lovely. The unobstructed view of the ocean and the open air front doors leave you feeling like you are on the beach. We had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning, if needed at night, was fabulous. The kids loved going to the pool, walking on the beach, talking to local surfers and hanging out in the condo which has Wifi and movies. We arranged for surf lessons, fishing boat trips and a chef to cook and clean up in the condo for a very reasonable fee. The town is within walking distance and very safe to eat, shop and have drinks. We loved going to the pool each day and enjoying the beautiful views. This is a must stay destination!

  The condo was beautiful !!! A view to die for !!! Nothing lacks @ this condo, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean & well stocked with a great deal of supplies to get you started for your vacation !!! All staff @ the condo complex very pleasurable & helpful :) Punta Mita is a very safe, quiet & quaint little Mexican town with some really great restaraunts & quite a lot to do in the surrounding areas, not far from anything. Great condo & town for a wonderful vacation :)

  My husband and two daughter's aged 20 ans 21 years stayed here for New Years through to the fourth. We had the best time ever. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how beautiful it was.It had a very well equiped kitchen, that we used every day for breakfast and lunch.The lanai was used alot playing cards as a family, and watching the beautiful sunsets everynight before going out for fantastic dinners to local restaurants that we walked to from our unit. The beach was so soft and silky, and the water super clear and warm. We all learned to paddle board and surf as it truly is one of the best beaches for that.The pool was right below us and so well cleaned.We have travelled to every Mexican city over the last 12 years as a family and this was by far our favorite.We totally connected as a family and none of us wanted to leave .Our next visit will be for two weeks and hopefully will be next year.

  Great, spacious home. Huge deck, amazing views and furnished beautifully. We were pleasantly surprised to learn we had a housekeeper daily and a full time concierge. Beautiful beach and pool!

  My husband, our two teenage sons and I had a perfect 12 day holiday at this gorgeous condo. As mentioned in other reviews, the photos don't do it justice. It's sophisticated yet welcoming and the view is breathtaking. The floor plan was great because it gave us all space.The kitchen inspired cooking (and blending margaritas). The row of restaurants up the beach were super - Cafe des Artistes is a must. The quiet beach yet proximity to restaurants, Sayulita and the gated area of Punta Mita made it a perfect location. Fabrizio and the staff were terrific. We will be back!

  This ultra lux condo is jaw dropping spectacular! The pictures really don't do it justice. We walked in to floor to ceiling glass doors that opened onto a stunning patio area right on the beach! And there was pretty much no one on the beach - during Christmas week! It was fabulous. The condo layout is fantastic. Furniture is A+, beds so comfy, towels and linens were excellent, and the overall decor was beautiful. Fabrizio, the concierge, and everyone who worked at Punta Vista II were all so helpful and friendly. The only disappointing thing was not getting to cook in the amazing kitchen as we were only there two nights. It was just two of us on this trip, and we can't wait to come back with a few more friends and really enjoy this condo. We loved it. Other tips: Eat at Rosa Mexicano. SO GOOD. Also, get a snorkeling trip to the Marietta Islands. Just spectacular.

  This condo is amazing. I don't think the pictures do it justice. It is large and nicely appointed with every amenity you could imagine. Truly a luxury property. The views are amazing, the sunrise is gorgeous, and the sound of the crashing waves is mesmerizing. We had the entire condo to yourselves, but even if every unit was occupied there are only 12 in the building so no crowds. You can walk down the beach to the town of Punta de Mita, but it is only a short, 3-minute drive away by car. The concierge and security guards are on site were amazing and any question we had was quickly answered, any small issue addressed. We traveled with our 3 and 5 year old and they loved the beach and pool right down the stairs from our unit. My husband went spearfishing the first couple of days and we ate fresh sish every night, either preparing it ourself in the state-of-the-art kitchen, or had the great staff at Margaritas prepare it for us (with delicious margaritas as an added bonus). We also loved eating/drinking at Si Senors. Sayulita was also a lovely day trip (and a good surf spot) just 30 minutes away. We had an amazing time here and would recommend to everyone.

  This place was AMAZING!!!!! We would go back for sure... anytime and would recommend this condo friends and/or relatives. We felt like we were living large and never wanted to leave the condo. The condo was beautifully designed, very clean and well-maintained with breathtaking views. Within walking distance were 2 awesome surf breaks, many great restaurants, and local stores.

  We are staying here in this beautiful condo, right on the beach! It is amazing. The beach out front is empty of people. I have tried to sleep outside on the fabulous double teak recliner, but alas, the waves were just a little too loud. (Darn) The pool is fantastic. We have spent hours in the ocean body surfing, if we were surfers we would have our own private break. The condo is very comfortable, the furnishings luxuious. Kitchen first class and the movie room is great. The beds are very comfortable, the linnens are wonderful. There are great little neighborhood stores to easily walk to to pick up whatever you need from tequila to a bottle of wine. (The Chilean wine we bought is quite good). We went in search of cilantro for the salsa fresca we were making, the first shop we went to directed us to the next corner market one block up. Voila. There is a garage to park your car and 24 hour security service. Wireless and vonage phone service make it easy to keep in touch if you need to. I give this place a thumbs up and hope to return soon. Oh yea, there are great restruants within a 5 minute walk. We had a delightful lunch at Tino's. Go out to the island and see the blue footed boobies and snorkel around the reefs. (4 of us went for two and a half hours for $100 US.) Hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did.:)
