Come away to a peaceful retreat within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort – our 3 bedroom/3 bath cottage is conveniently located in a quiet area of the resort with a direct view of the Links Golf Course.
The unit is spacious with a convenient floor plan – with living area and screened porch, delightful dining room surrounded in windows, well appointed kitchen with two bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor. The second floor offers a spacious and relaxing master with private balcony overlooking the golf course and attached bath.
The comfortable living area is great for curling up with a good book, or catching up on some TV - (if there is time as there is much to do on the resort!) Off the living area is the screen porch offering a front row seat for watching the golfers as they play. The kitchen is updated offering everything you need for your stay including modern appliances. The dining area is perfect for enjoying a quick snack or a full dinner with family and friends.
The master bedroom on the second level has a king size bed and a full bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bath on the first level. The third bedroom on the first level has two twin beds and an attached full bath.
The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, three championship golf courses, over 30 restaurants, daily live entertainment, fishing, biking, tennis, spas, numerous shops and much more.

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
