  This rental was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.The owner went out of her way to accommodate my family. The beach is gorgeous and very relaxing. This is a perfect vacation spot!

  My husband and I stayed at this condo at the beginning of April for a 1 week getaway. The owners met us at the condo when we checked in to show us around. It exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend staying here. The place was spotless - something that is very important to us. The furniture is very tasteful and yet comfortable. The living room balcony overlooks the tiki bar which we loved. We did a lot of people watching while we listed to great music. The tiki bar closes at 7PM so it then becomes a very peaceful setting. The kitchen seemed brand new as did the bathrooms. We were given a parking space in the garage so its very convenient. We loved it and are already talking about going back next year :)

  Listing description was accurate and owner was very responsive and personable. Good housekeeping. 2 large porches. The photos were "current". Beds had excellent mattresses. Were there 2 months. Wide beach.

  My family and I had a delightful time in this fabulous condo. When we arrived, the unit was immaculate and outfitted with everything we needed. We have rented many times at other VRBO rentals, but this one was superior to them all. The owner was most helpful and always accessible. The kitchen had everything I needed and more. The view from the living room and balcony was perfect. We liked seeing the poolside activity as well as the ocean view. I really can't think of one negative regarding our stay. One of our favorite activities was joining Captain Nancy Beaver with Sunshine Wildlife Tours on an eco boat tour of the Indian River Lagoon and the St. Lucie River. Afterwards, we had a great lunch at Finz Waterfront Grille. Also, we took a day trip to Palm Beach and had a wonderful meal at Taboo on Worth Avenue. We also enjoyed walking along the beautiful beach, shelling and seeing the area nearby called Bathtub Beach. This was my first visit to Stuart and Hutchinson Island and I would highly recommend staying at this Indian River Plantation property.

  I've been staying at IRP condos for over 30 years and this was by far the most beautiful and well appointed unit I have ever seen - and that includes units my family has owned. The owner has retrofitted the unit for the ultimate in luxury and it will be difficult to ever stay at another unit again! The pictures do not do it justice - especially the bedrooms. The owner is also very hands on in making sure that her renters have everything they need for an exceptional stay. The little coffee bar/wine bar is a really nice touch! And building the luxury shower in the master suite was a stroke of genius for those older renters who have difficulty stepping in and out of builder grade bathtubs. I cannot say enough good things about this unit. While some might think that being positioned over the Tiki bar to be problematic we found that it afforded a lovely view of the ocean and the pool in the building next door. The Tiki bar is attractive with it's blue umbrellas and palm trees and there was often activity that was engaging and some fun music that could be shut out once inside the unit. I would be hard put to formulate a complaint about my experience in this unit. While the pool that was visible from our deck was action packed - the pool for our building got far less traffic - we often had the pool all to ourselves and there was never any noise to keep you from taking a peaceful nap in the sun. A stay in this unit puts the IRP experience far above it's norm.
