This 2002 home is nestled in the woods for privacy and wildlife viewing. It's located less than five minutes away from several boat ramps on the famous lake Mille Lacs known for its trophy Walleye and Muskie fishing as well as many other species. The home is also located less than five minutes away from a boat access to a smaller lake, Borden lake, which also has good fishing as well as great viewing of eagles, Loons and other wildlife.
The Grand Casino is located ten miles to the south on highway 169 and there is also a movie theater there. The town of Garrison is just one mile away and it has several banks, liquor stores, restaurants, gas stations with DVD rental, a grocery store, a pharmacy and medical clinic, a dairy queen and a McDonalds as well as bait and tackle stores. Fishing guide services and fishing launches are available on Mille Lacs lake. Brainerd is just eighteen miles west and offers many shopping and dining options. It also has the Brainerd International Raceway and many world class golf courses near by.
There is a fire pit on the property for you to use. Enjoy sitting around the fire under the stars and northern lights, while listening to the loons on nearby Borden lake. Firewood will be provided free, but may not always be available.
Duluth is only a few hours northeast and a drive up along the north shore of lake Superior is a great way to see some beautiful sites. The Vince Shute Wildlife Sanctuary is located at Orr, Minnesota. It's north of Hibbing and has some of the best Black Bear observation platforms in the country. When your tired of being outdoors and traveling, you can sit back and enjoy watching your favorite show or DVD on the 50 inch big screen TV.

$50 per night per person November thru April. $75 per night per person May thru
October. 5 night minimum stay. $300 damage deposit required. Full rent & damage
deposit due 14 days prior to possesion. Damage deposit refunded within 14
days of departure. Damage caused by renters MAY cause part or all of damage
deposit to not be returned. Checks or money orders accepted. No credit cards. No
pets. No smoking inside. Only renters 21 years of age or older.
