Available mid-May through mid-October, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath single family house can sleep up to 4 people. It has one queen bed, one full bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, utensils, plates, stemware, microwave, blender, washer/ dryer, and an outdoor patio with a charcoal grill. Guests must furnish their own linens and towels.
Rates are affordable at $800 for a week. Partial weeks are available too. Weekend prices are $150 per night with a 2-night minimum. Holiday weekends require a 3-night stay. Cleaning fee is included. There is an additional 10% local/state rental tax.
