We are on 3 acres of property just min. walk into town. Lots of wild life and birds, and the titi monkeys and white face monkeys come through most afternoons. As you come to the gate you are greeted by a 60 ft waterfall. The property is a 3 level split with full kitchen and living on main floor. Up 3 steps and you are at the second bedroom and main bath. Up another short flight of steps and you are in the master suite with king-size bed and en suite bath. This opens off to the rooftop terrace which is like another living room area with ocean view and wet bar , and across from that is the 3rd bedroom again a master suite with full bath (tub), a double bed and a single bed. Great ocean view from terrace and bedrooms. If needed we can sleep up to 15 people by taking the whole building.
The area is loaded with family activities from the great Yellow submarine snorkeling tour, to canopy tours, sunset sailing, white water rafting, surfing right out front, horse back riding and Mangrove tours. All tours pick you up right at our door and will bring you back. We have all the information, recommendations, and prices right here and will be happy to sit down with you and help with your activity planning.
The owners Gary and Catalina Rogers (Canadian/Costa Rican) live on site and are happy to help you with your activity planning and get you settled in. We are just on the edge of town, a 5 min walk, and 7-8 min to the airport or 7-8 min to the national park (Manual Antonio). There is good surfing just 2 blocks down the road from our gate.
Children are very welcome and the area offers many family activities.
Weddings: We are set up to cater to small weddings of up to 25 people at a very reasonable cost, and would be happy to provide several happy references.

Great access (5 min walk) to snorkeling and surfing as well as the Quepos waterfront, and only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Manuel Antonio Beach. All ammenities can be found in a 5 minute walk to Quepos, but we are far enough out of town to offer a peaceful setting in the midst of nature.

Thank you both for a wonderful stay! We had a great time, loved seeing the monkeys on the property so often, and the home-made breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for all the recommendations about local activities, and your help with setting everything up...you really made our vacation feel like a vacation, and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for us. We will definitely be coming back as soon as possible, we couldn't ask for a better place to stay when we need a tropical retreat that feels like a home away from home.

This place was beautiful, and was perfect for our family--there was a beautiful ocean-view terrace with panoramic views overlooking the marina where the grown-ups could have a glass of wine, and a big pool with waterfall, barbeque, and bar for the whole family to play in and relax around...the entire property felt like a big garden, and the rooms were comfortable and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, too...walking distance to everything from restaurants, bus stops, banks, and the oceanfront, but far enough away from main roads that you really felt like you were in a private retreat. We will definitely be coming back!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had a great stay at this condo. The pool is very nice - great to lay around and cool off from the Costa Rican heat. Gary the owner was also very helpful arranging airport transportation or local tours. The top floor bedrooms and the open air veranda in between has great views and is really nice setup! It's a convientent walk to Quepos for dinner or groceries. The Ocean is Qeupos is not for swimming, but it's a short ride to the great Manuel Antontio beaches.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
