We are a small complex of one three-bedroom, three two-bedrooms, and two one-bedroom units nestled on a hill side looking over the marina and on a quiet dead end street. We are on three acres of land just on the edge of town and on the edge of the jungle, two blocks up from the marina, with an abundance of birds and frequent visits from two species of monkeys. There is a 60 foot water fall that greets you as you come in our gate.
All condos have oceanview( 1 exception) and you are just minutes walk to beach, restaurants, casino, bars, marina, and shopping in town. The two bedroom 2 bath is a three-level split, with full equipped kitchen, New quiet Air Conditioners, Cable TV, covered rooftop terrace off master bedroom, and terrace out front. The three bedroom is also three-level split with ocean and pool view, three bathrooms (one with tub), and the rooftop terrace and lounge area with wet bar separating the two master suites. Again has Air Conditioning, full kitchen, and cable TV. We have just put the finishing touches on our new pool.
