Palm Valley Country Club is an upscale gated community with 2 golf courses, tennis, premium fitness facility and spa, and 49 pools. Our 1627 square foot Cottonwood model has been completely redecorated with comfortable yet elegant furnishings and all new linens and kitchenware. We have tried to think of everything that we wanted to find in a rental when we rented here previously, including a Playstation, full cable service with DVR, an IPOD dock, wireless internet with printer, and free long distance calling. The kitchen has the usual amenities plus a breadmaker and crockpot and we leave the basic condiments so that you don't have to start from scratch.
The master bedroom has a new King pillowtop mattress with designer linens, 3 closets, and a large ensuite with large soaker tub and shower. The guest bedroom connects to its own bathroom and has 2 new pillowtop twin beds that can be made into a King if so desired. Each bedroom offers a comfy chair to relax in. The den has a new Queen Murphy bed, along with a loveseat and ottoman, a large flat screen TV, and a full desk for if you really must work while in the desert.
Enjoy one of two patios, one off the master bedroom for when you want some time alone, and a larger one off the living room / dining room with a dining table and beautiful view of the waterfall on the golf course. We bought a Cottonwood model because we liked the double width view of the golf course and mountains. This is an end unit, so there are windows on 3 sides (feels like a house).
Our sports golf membership allows you to spend time on the golf course, tennis courts or working out at the gym, then enjoy dinner at the clubhouse. If a little less activity is your style, there is a full day spa with facials, massage, etc.
