This is a complete remodeled home and it is very cute and clean 3 Bedroom/ 2 bathroom (2 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Sofa Sleeper, Kitchen, & dining / Living area. Sliding Glass doors open to open porch overlooking canal with 60 ft` Dock frontage. Great Open Porch area and fenched in yard all the way around the home. Brand new dock with a step down dock and lights and water, electric hook up on the dock. Very clean and a great vacation home!! Laundry room attached with guest bedroom along with a walk in linen closet. Each bedroom has a TV and closet space. Porch has a mini refrigerator with a storage closet for your boat or fishing items. Porch has a hanging swing with a large wrap around couch so you can watch the kids in the back yard playing safely. Dock is fenced off from the back yard to keep the younger kids at bay and safe from the water. Home has a large parking area out front for lots of cars or a very large boat trailer.
Home has wifi for internet hook up. If you want to bring your work with you or if you have kids that love to surf the web....
