Lovely house. The house was very clean and modern. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, comfortable couch and high end finishes! I love Ocean Beach, the location of this house was perfect, walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants, bars, antique stores and 3 blocks to the beach. The house was very well stocked with beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. My kids loved the second bedroom upstairs and we enjoyed the backyard. The house is in tip top shape and the Manager lives on the same street which was handy when we needed recommendations for local attractions. My only complaint was that I only got to stay for a long weekend and it went by way too fast! We have recommended this house to our friends who will be staying in the fall. Great house, we will be back! Thankyou.

I just checked out of the OB Beach House and could not have been happier with my stay! The owners and manager were wonderful and the house exceeded my expectations (which are pretty high). We loved walking to Newport St, the Farmers Market, the Co-Op, the beach (of course) and the close proximity to Sea World. My family is pretty picky and it was nice that everybody was thrilled with the condition, cleanliness, convenience and comfort of the house. We cooked some great meals in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor kitchen, good times had by all! I will definitely recommend to friends and look forward to coming back in the summer!

Thank you, Keri and Jason for your warm hospitality. We loved your house, it was so clean and comfortable. We could tell the entire house had been remodeled recently and just loved the high end finishes. I especially loved the granite countertop in the downstairs bath, I want that in my house, do you know what it is called? We spent a lot of time in your backyard which we called our "Oasis!" We had a BBQ for about 20 friends one night and the yard was just right. The weather was great (of course) and we loved that we did not have to drive anywhere. It was very convenient having a local property manager when I locked myself out of the house, thankyou for a great experience and your hospitality!

I have a picky family, so when I was trying to find a place to please everyone, the task seemed overwhelming. This rental exceeded everyone's expectations and delighted us all. This home is very comfortable and offers wonderful gathering areas or quiet places if people desire privacy. My favorites: I loved the fact that this community loves dogs. I loved the daily church bells ringing because it reminded me of my childhood. I loved listening to the wild parrots because that is just too cool for a Midwesterner. The owners respond within 24 hours to my emails (often within hours) and were wonderful in every way. Very professional. Ocean Beach is a great place for anyone wanting to park the car and just relax. This beach house is located within walking distance to everything one would need to have a great vacation. We loved our stay. Thank you!

We have stayed at many homes in OB over the years. This one was nice but we stayed late in the season and it just didn't seem clean. The BBQ grills were rusty and there was no umbrella in the back yard so we sat in the blazing sun while trying to enjoy a lunch outdoors. The updated/modern look is appealing but the place just lacked that OB charm. It was not an overly comfortable experience, I would give it a 3/5.

Rented this house for the second time in a couple of years. Perfect place to kick back and relax. Love walking to the farmers market and right on to the beach. The house is the nicest rental in OB and we love using the BBQ. Thanks again and see you next year!

We've been coming to Ocean Beach for several years now, and this lovely house is now our favorite home away from home. Spacious, modern, up-to-date and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well equipped. Great back yard with a full grill. We loved the location - close to everything but very residential and quiet. Keri was responsive to emails & phone calls to make all our plans. The wonderful natural foods Ocean Beach Co-Op was just short blocks away, as well as our two favorite restaurants - OB Noodle House and the OB Bistro. And we spent every day with some time at the delightful Dog Beach. OB is friendly, casual, low-key, a little bit funky in the very best ways yet you are only minutes away from all the other delights of San Diego. This house is the perfect 'home base' for your time in OB.

We stayed at the OB beach house in November and had a wonderful time. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and sunny! I have 3 kids (twins are 10 and son is 6), the house was large enough that the kids could play upstairs or outside and I didn't have to worry about them. We enjoyed the Farmers Market and were thrilled that (even though we rented a car) we were able to walk everywhere. What a great break from the cold fall weather in the NorthEast!

Great Vacation Home! The photos reflect the actual condition of the property, no surprises. We walked everywhere, to the beach, shopping, restaurants, it was great! My wife loved the kitchen, I loved the BBQ and my kids loved walking to the beach, playing in the backyard and at the park that is 1/2 block away. I recommended this house to my In-laws who are traveling to San Diego for a wedding in December!

Overall, we had a good experience staying at your beach house. The backyard and the interior are beautiful. The location was great for a family of five plus our two dogs. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

It's great to walk into a rental home and feel immediately comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are particularly well done and appointed with granite and anything you might need for cooking, etc. Love the private backyard and the great sitting area. The location is fabulous - you can walk to the beach or the store, yet you feel like you are a permanent resident and not a visitor. Thank you for opening your home to us!!

WE WERE VISITING OUR DAUGHTER IN OCEAN BEACH AND THIS HOME WAS PERFECT. THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL AND WE LOVED STAYING THERE. PERFECT BACKYARD FOR DINNERS WITH OUR FAMILY. WE WERE EASILY WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEACH, FARMER'S MARKET, SHOPPING, ETC.

We recently visited San Diego for a wedding and stayed at the OB Beach House. The property was amazing, far better than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. We loved grilling in the backyard (which was gorgeous), we also appreciated having 2 1/2 bathrooms since there were 7 of us! Most of all, I loved waking up in the morning and seeing palm trees and that little bit of blue ocean, so I knew it was going to be perfect weather again! We will definitely be back!
