Be lulled into relaxation at Calm Seas, a beautiful Rosemary Beach home south of Scenic Hwy 30A which sleeps up to 11 people and is just 3 houses from the Gulf of Mexico. New three story home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two kitchens and two living rooms graciously spread over three stories. Across the street from Rosemary’s Barbados pool, this home features 10 and 12 foot ceilings, oak flooring, and travertine tile. You will also be able to enjoy all the amenities of Rosemary Beach including 4 pools, 8 clay tennis courts, fitness center, spa, playgrounds and 4 private beach walkovers.
Ground Floor: Entry foyer has a desk with chair for those who need to work. King Master bedroom features an elegant king bed, bedside table with lamp, LCD TV and a private bath with a tub/shower and vanity sink. Queen guest bedroom has a bedside table with lamp, LCD TV and a private bath with walk-in shower and vanity sink. Elegant stairwell leads to main living area.
Second Floor: Large open kitchen/dining/living area features surrounding windows and doors that lead out to a porch overlooking the lovely streets of Rosemary Beach as well as having excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Main living area is decorated with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table, LCD TV, stereo system, DVD and 2 lamps. Adjacent kitchen has island with plenty of workspace plus 3 barstools, lots of cabinets and commercial grade Viking 6-burner stove. Fully equipped, the kitchen has granite countertops, a deep sink, Subzero frig, Bosch dishwasher and a microwave. Dining table has 5 chairs and a long bench and can seat up to 8. Laundry room with sink and super capacity front-loading washer/dryer. Powder room. Second Master bedroom has king bed, dresser, LCD TV, DVD, bedside table with lamp and a private bath with vanity sink and walk-in shower.
Third Floor: Walking up to the third floor, you find a large great room, perfect for the kids. This room features a large kitchenette with microwave, mini frig, sink, dishwasher and granite countertops. Entertainment area has sofa bed, 2 side chairs, coffee table, 2 side tables with lamps, huge LCD TV, DVD and a twin sleeper chair. Game table with six chairs allows for flexible dining options or maybe a puzzle. Balcony offers fabulous sunset views over the Gulf. Bunk room has 2 twins with built-in lamps, 2 chairs with a table and a low dresser and TV. Full bath has vanity sink and shower.
Outdoors: Parking for 2 cars in the carport area. Quiet courtyard has a bench and 2 chairs plus a gas grill.

Had a ball on our second annual trip to the beach. This was our first time to stay at Rosemary and we loved it! We would really enjoy coming back to Calm Seas. It accomodated our 3 families really well. The light and size of the rooms really impressed us. Beautiful design! We hit the Sugar Shack about every night. Great location of house close to beach & pool. The kids loved it - so did the adults! Thank you for opening your home to us!

Amazing house, wonderful location, great family vacation! We loved every minute staying at Calm Seas! Loved the open space, kids "palace" upstairs, closeness to beach & pool...Couldn't ask for more!! Thank you for memories and fun times! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Calm Seas. This location is great. We loved that it was so close to the beach, and the pool was right down the street. It was also so close to the town shopping area. We enjoyed going to the Sugar Shack. I really hope we get to come back!!!
