Why the Owner Chose New Seabury
We bought this property because we love being near the ocean and the feeling we get once we cross the bridges from the main land onto the island. It is a very special feeling of serenity and calmness. We live just 90 miles from our Cape house and get to visit it often. We love working on the house. We pick one major project every year to improve our home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
When we visit our Cape house, we love to cook and grill outdoors. It is a great way for us to reconnect and catch up with each other. We both travel a lot and really look forward to getting away from it all and escape to the Cape. Our property is very private and quiet even in the middle of the busy season. It is located in New Seabury which is a resort located in Mashpee. There is easy access to shopping at Mashpee Commons.

You have to be in this setting to understand what a wonderful setup this house provides for a true family vacation. There are 4 big spacious bedrooms of which 2 of each are located off each side of the family area. The inside and outside dining spaces are connected through a sliding glass window which makes it very convenient for whatever the weather brings. Take your beach wagon and walk to the beautiful "SPIT" beach. The entertainment areas of this house are wonderful. You can be right in the middle of the crowd or in the meditation garden reading a book and still be part of the group. New Seabury and Popponessett is such a quaint beach village that you have to experience at least once in your lifetime. My siblings and I had the pleasure of experiencing it many times in my life and this home now provides that experience to the next generation and the great next generation. The owner is a wonderful and accomodating person who is a joy to work with. A bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine greeted us into this lovely home to start our vacation. Everything you need is there for your enjoyment. We all felt like we were "Home". My family loved it and we are so looking forward to being there again this year to share and make more wonderful family memories.
