This three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath villa is cozy and quiet with all new furnishings. It rents Saturday (arrive 4pm) to Saturday (depart 10am)
The island's best beach (less crowded than plantation beaches) is just a 4 minute walk along the bike path that includes restrooms and a shower area for rinsing off. Life Guards are on duty from mid-March to October, 8 to 5, and morning/dusk walks on the beach are just awesome. This is an end unit which adds to the privacy of the villa and has three outdoor patios (don't settle for one small patio). It has a private patio in the front with a gas grill off the kitchen that's suitable for outdoor lunches and bike storage, the rear patio is shaded with comfortable seating (see pic), and a child's eating and play area patio right off the side sliding doors which let in a lot of light. This rental unit is also closest to the bike path giving it the shortest walk to the beach.
The large shaded swimming pool is just a few steps from the front door and has restrooms. 'Adventure Cove', a wholesome children's entertainment area, is located a very short walk away. There are also good restaurants within easy walking distance. This villa is perfect for two families or a family bringing along the grandparents for a fun family vacation.
A great 3 bedroom vacation home at a reasonable price.
