This Pawley's Island rental is located right on one of the top golf courses in South Carolina. Situated on the 17th tee and lake of True Blue Golf course and across the street from Caledonia Golf course both are ranked in the Top 100 USA by Golf Magazine, Golf Digest, Golflink and Golfweek magazine !!!!, its large screened porch lets you enjoy the shade and a quiet breeze while taking in the amazing golf and lake view!

An absolutely beautiful condo! Each room has been custom painted and decorated for luxurious comfort, and the unit been redone from top to bottom in 2008.

Two large bedrooms, two full bath condo on the third floor is fully equipped with many amenities. Our unit features: a tiled screened-in porch with Iron and wicker furniture accessed from master bedroom or living room. Full Granite kitchen and drink bar with all new appliances. Hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout the entire unit , 52" HDTV to watch the game or cartoons for the kids, DVD player with movies, additional TVs in each bedroom and another DVD player in bedroom, Washer & Dryer, cooking utensils, linens provided. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There are five swimming pools with whirlpool a short walk away located on the property. As well as charcoal grill (BBQ). The awesome beaches of the Atlantic ocean are just five minutes away. Myrtle beach and Airport is 20 minutes away, and Brookgreen gardens and Huntington Beach State park are both 10 minutes away. Too many restaurants to name nearby from the casual beach bars to the high end spots like Frank's with award winning menu and wine list (5 minutes away)

  • The condo was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and the washer/dryer was an extra bonus for drying towels. We liked being near the golf course and having pools to choose from. We had a great visit in April 2009. Thanks!!!

  • We were there from August 8 through 16, and we had a fabulous time!! We loved your proximity to the beach; we went every day. We also used the pools and enjoyed walking and biking around the golf course. I also enjoyed your screen porch! I found it was a great place to have coffee in the morning. My only criticism is that I wish there were more towels in the condo. There were 4 of us staying there and there were only 4 towels total for us, and it would have been more convenient if there had been a few more.

We decided to change it up this summer for a change in scenery and it was a very pleasant stay. We had a very pleasant stay and will be looking to stay again next year.

  • Loved your condo on True Blue. Nicely decorated and it smelled like home! Especially loved your pretty balcony - enjoyed our coffee there every morning! My family traveled to Pawley's Island for Spring Break and had wonderful weather - the girls were able to enjoy the beach while the boys played all their favorite golf courses. Rental process was smooth and while we had to drive to the beach, your rates were the best we found! Couldn't have asked for more!

  • We spent most of a month in Pawleys at this unit and within days, it felt like home. No internet, but that turned out to be a good thing! Excellent location for the public beach and restaurants. Also loved going to Murrell's Inlet to dine on the water, Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens. We will be back. Thanks!

  • This was out 1st trop to SC, and my family and I really had a great time at Pawley's Island condo, very quiet and restful. We spent most days at the beaches, as we had a heat wave, the water was absolutely beautiful.The condo was very accomodating, had everything we could of possibly needed. We will defintely come back!
