Large, new and immaculate 4 bedroom Laguna beach home located on a peaceful cul de sac.
Four large bedrooms, a king master (bathroom ensuite), second master with queen sized bed (bathroom ensuite) , twin bedroom, sleeps two or four (with trundles) (bathroom ensuite) and additional single bedroom for one adjacent to the king master. All bathrooms are newly done with lovely tile and stone. Master bath has separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Home has gorgeous outdoor deck with teak furniture for dining and lounging, BBQ, and covered gazebo area -- second balcony also with Adirondack chairs.
The home is newly remodeled, brand new kitchen well equipped with lovely stainless steel appliances and lots of cooking equipment. The home is beautifully furnished with beachy, stylish furniture. We also have WiFi and a printer; three TV's, outdoor speakers and stereo. We are a ten minute walk to both the beach and the fabulous heart of Laguna Beach. It is rare to find such a large and beautifully appointed home this close to the beach!
We have everything you need for a beach vacation: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, beach games, a wagon, tons of beach towels.
After a day at the beach, you can relax on the deck, BBQ some dinner, or walk to one of the many restaurants in Laguna Beach. We are also about 15 minute drive to Disneyland; about an hour to Seaworld, Legoland and the San Diego zoo and we are about an hour from LA. We also have parking for up to three cars .. a rarity in Laguna Beach!!

Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach
We purchased this home in Laguna Beach because we feel Laguna is the perfect getaway spot for just about anyone. Also, it is just a short one hour drive from our home in Los Angeles. We have been coming here for years to visit friends and family and when the opportunity arose to buy a home in Laguna, we jumped at it and have never looked back! There is so much to do, or you can just relax and unwind from your regular busy life. We love the beach and were looking for a home near the beach. The home also is close to DisneyLand , LegoLand and all the San Diego atttractions as well: The Zoo, SeaWorld and Wild Animal Safari.

Our family's favorite things to do when we come down to Laguna beach:
- eat frozen yogurt from Golden Spoon on our deck at night
- Take walks to town
- Eat dinner at Eva's Carribbean Kitchen
- Ride bikes on the strand in Newport
..... and of course: hang out at the beach!

We stayed at this home in July, 2011 and had a great family reunion. The owners were so helpful in answering all our questions and always got back to us right away. The home was clean, well-maintained and had everything we could have wanted. The BBQ grill was great to use, all appliances in good working order, beach equipment was wonderful and we really loved the location. It was a short walk to the beach (about a mile) and to the downtown area (about a mile). The master suite was spacious and the other bedrooms worked very well for us. Overall...I would recommend this home as a great place to stay!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
