Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$69/night + 11.41% tax. $25 cleaning fee for all reservations.
Peak season rates (Dec 20th-Jan 3rd) are $79 p/n + 11.41% tax.
A deposit of 20% payable by check is required to reserve the cottage
with the remainder of the balance due on check in.
NO RESERVATIONS WILL BE CONFIRMED UNTIL DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation
date for deposit to be refunded.
Three night minimum stay required.
