Just returned from our spring break trip at Carl's Cabana. This townhouse was everything it proclaimed to be and Carl makes it so easy to schedule and rent their lovely vacation home. The location is perfect as it is just across the street to access the beautiful beach. We enjoyed taking walks on the beach each morning and to our delight saw dolphins two of the days we were there. The townhouse is well furnished, very clean and has all the comforts of home. The notebook filled with all the local information you would need to find restaurants, attractions, rentals and many other vacation amenities was great! We would definitely recommend it to our friends as a place to rent to enjoy the beautiful beach area. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Our family had a wonderful time at Carl's Cabana. The location was perfect and our son really enjoyed riding his bike to the beach. There was very little traffic. The townhome had such style and everything was so clean. I especially loved all of the artwork. Thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with our family. Owner response:This is the experience Beth and I want all our guests to have when they stay at Carl's Cabana, and we really appreciate the fine review. There is not much more I can add except to elaborate on a few of the reviewer's points. First, we really have furnished it for our comfort as our little getway for when we want to get out of Nashville, and not strictly as a rental property. What can I say? My wife has good taste in furnishings, and has just worked with a decorator on a new paint scheme for next year. Plus having a good cleaning company is very important. Second, parents with children seem to like the unit for several reasons. First, it's layout is ideal, with a master suite up, and the second bedroom and bath down. Parents can have their space. That is also true more than one couple. Third, it's on a very quiet street, and traffic has never been an issue. It's really great for young children, whether they bike or not. Though, with the beach just across the street, it really is not much of a ride, but I guess that depends on the age of the child. Plus, I did not appreciate it until recently, but the beach entrance, just across the street, has very clean restrooms, and is a lifeguard station. So facilities and help are always close at hand. Lastly, I never have mentioned the artwork that is in the unit. The photography work is all my work, and it makes me feel good that someone else enjoyed it. I thank you for that. In closing, it's really nice to have what you say in your ad validated by a renter. If you are considering renting from us, and have any questions or special needs, please do not hesitate to call me directly. Your calls are always welcome.

JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR THE USE OF YOUR HOME. EVERYTHING WAS SO GREAT. MY KIDS HAD A GREAT TIME. My sisters and I had a wonderful weekend at Carl's Cabana! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. It is ideally situated with a very short walk to the sugar-white beach. The owners are wonderful to deal with and helped make our stay perfect. You can't find a better way to spend a beach vacation!

Carl's Cabana was a great place for our family. It's obvious that this is a place that the owner uses, not just a rental. Everything is updated and clean. Short walk to the beach was no problem. Nice tile throughout. Owners are great communicators and a pleasure to rent from. They are really concerned that you enjoy your visit. Thanks Carl & Beth! We'll see you next time.

We stayed in the condo over Labor Day weekend and had a fabulous time. The condo had spacious bedrooms, comfortable furniture, a wonderful kitchen and easy beach access. I loved the information book listing all the great places to eat and visit. We loved it so much we plan to go back.
