Your family will have mountains of fun at our newly remodeled lake house. From board games to sleds and rafts, your family will enjoy every convenience of a second home. Adults will love the amenities in our gourmet eat-in kitchen complete with Viking Range and granite counter tops. The kids will be charmed by the downstairs "bunk house" complete with built in bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top), 2 futon sofas, game table, TV and Play Station. In the main house there are three bedrooms with Queen Beds and the Bunk House. Steps from the main house is the new separate Guest Suite. It has a California King Bed, sitting area and private bathroom. It is perfect for groups with grand parents, couples without kids or the guest of honor for a special celebration who need a little privacy from the main house activities! There is a covered staircase down to the main house from the driveway/garage so may not be appropriate for guests with mobility issues.

Walk down to the private beach in Orchard Bay. A short walk down the path will find our dock where you will find a dock house equipped with a charcoal BBQ, beach chairs and table, 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, rafts and a water trampoline! Walk to the village along the ALA (Arrowhead Lake Association) maintained path. Orchard bay is very calm and perfect for swimming, floating and kayaking.
Fall is a favorite time in Orchard Bay. With the apple trees and the gorgeous Fall foliage, hiking along the ALA trail to the Village for Oktoberfest is a must! The outlets in the Village are great for early Holiday shopping.
In Winter, there is sledding right out the back door on the gentle slope down to the Lake. Every Season is paradise at Lake Arrowhead.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Arrowhead
We used to rent this house when our kids were small and it was very rustic but we loved the location in Orchard Bay. It came up for sale a few years ago and we remodeled it and built a garage and master suite. Lake Arrowhead is such a peaceful, private and safe place for families to enjoy the beautiful lake and hiking trails! We love it here.

Lake and tree views, kayaking on lake, hiking and just relaxing on the dock. Our fully stocked Dock House has everything you need for a fun day at the lake. The lake is private so only property owners and screened renters are allowed on the lake and trails.

We have a design and construction firm in the South Bay and spent a couple of years remodeling our dream vacation home in Lake Arrowhead.
