This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is beautifully decorated with a cozy mountain feel created by a large log accent wall and custom suede window coverings. Only a five minute drive to the Winter Park ski area. Close to trails for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and large granite countertop. There is a large island with barstools that makes cooking easy and enjoyable. The large rustic dining room table seats six comfortably. From this area, you have excellent views of the mountains. The views only get better as you walk through the glass French doors out to the large wrap around porch.
The living area is very inviting with an extra deep, leather Restoration Hardware couch and a snuggler recliner for two. The room is accented with a gas fireplace, TV with Dish satellite and DVD player. There is an extensive DVD library for your use and an excellent stereo system with surround sound. Also on this level there is a beautifully adorned guest bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and private bath with tub.
A short walk upstairs brings you to another guest area with a desk for writing, creating or doing the work you should not be doing on vacation. This bedroom includes a full size sleeper sofa with flannel linens and a private sitting area to get away. There is a private slate bathroom with tub.
The large master bedroom is on the ground level. It has a beautiful queen size sleigh bed, gas fireplace and TV with Dish satellite. There is a large walk in closet and a bathroom with two sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. You can walk out to the private patio to the large 10 person hot tub.
Also on this level is another guest bedroom with a private bath with shower. This bedroom comes with a bunkbed, twin on top and a full bed on the bottom.
This house has a washer and dryer, extra large water heater and one car garage.
