This unit is located in one of the best locations in the Lake Tahoe Keys Resort with gorgeous views of the Lake, main channel, marsh lands and south shore mountains including the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort. As you enter the unit the stairs to the left lead to the upstairs sleeping area with magnificent views from the master. As you continue down the newly tiled entry you pass the downstairs full bath then to the eating area which has a large oval oak table and chairs. Opposite is the fully furnished bright and air kitchen with all the standard amenities. As you cook you can see the living room area and views of the water. The living area has a large leather sofa and love seat plus bar stools facing the open kitchen counter. Several mirrors reflect the beautiful views through the extra high sliding doors and side windows. The sliding door leads to the patio which is directly at the waters edge. The patio has a gas barbeque, table and chairs to enjoy sunrise breakfast or afternoon gazing of views, wild life and some times very interesting boats. Or walk down on to the dock and dip you feet in the water or catch any one of the various local lake fish. The living and dining areas have new parquet floors, wood decor and various pictures and artifacts. For the cool evenings enjoy a seat beside the gas fireplace. As evening set in you'll head back to the entry way and up the stairs to the two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with end tables and full size light white washed pine dresser with mirror plus a computer desk. There is lost of light there are two windows on each side of the sliding door which leads to large balcony with views of the water channel, lake, marsh land and mountains. In the morning enjoy beautiful sunrises outside on the balcony or inside through the large window area. The second bedroom is equally as large with a queen size bed and an single bed along with a full size dresser and a separate mirror on the side wall. In between the bedrooms is a full bath with the master bedroom having is own entry as well as an additional private sink, counter and make up area. All rooms have TV's, DVD's and blinds. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the upper level. The entire unit is fully furnished including linens, blankets, towels, and kitchen ware.
This is non-Smoking Townhouse and is approximately 1200 square feet with one neighbor and each side. No one above and no one below. As walk out the front door and turn right you'll hit the beautiful gold sand beach of the Lake Tahoe Keys resort in about two blocks. Along side the beach is an out door swimming pool, children's playground, sand beach volley ball court and tennis court. Walking out the door to the left you'll reach the large indoor pool complete with lap lanes, diving board, ping pong table and two outdoor jacuzzi in about a half a block. Straight out the door for about half a block are basket balls courts, more tennis courts and open green bets. For a ten minute walk you can reach the full serviced Tahoe Keys marina which include two restaurants (with some of the best seafood in town), bar (with live music at certain days), plus boat, jet ski, kayak, canoe, paddle boat rentals and a nature walking trail the winds through marsh land, trees, water ways and ends at yet another beach with beautiful views of the lake. No access here but by foot or boat. The marina is full services and offers gas, marine store, repairs, storage, launch, and sales.
This unit is a seven minute drive to the Casinos and the newly create Heavenly village where there are many shops, restaurants, a skating rink and the Heavenly Valley ski resort. Other amenities minutes away include golf courses, hiking, biking, parks, historical attractions, Camp Richardson, Emerald Bay, water falls and other small lakes such as fallen leaf lake, echo lake, cascade lake, etc. Plus restaurants, banks, groceries stores, drug stores, hardware stores, etc. This an excellent location to reach everything quickly and easily. |
