Located on 3 acres, quiet country neighborhood, just outside of New Hope, PA in Solebury Township. One hour, 15 minutes drive to NYC, or 3 minutes to the bus that takes you to Port Authority. Fifty minutes to Center City Philadelphia. Private yard with in-ground pool and hot tub, gazebo, lush landscaping. Finished basement with pool and ping pong tables, and air hockey.
Solebury is 10 minutes from the Delaware River and the artsy tourist town of New Hope, PA. Right across the bridge is Lambertville, NJ, known for the many galleries and antique shops. The towpath along the Delaware River is perfect for biking. Solebury is also 10 minutes from Doylestown, PA, which is a quaint town of shops, the Mercer Museum, and many parks. Peddlers Village in Lahaska, PA is a 3 minute drive from our home. There are many children's day camps running in the summer within 10 minutes of our home.T
