Nice cottage on east side of Cayuga Lake (5077 Kozy Kove, Firelane 12) with 100 feet of level lake front, over-sized lot and beautiful Sunsets. Just minutes from Hibiscus Harbor, downtown Union Springs and Aurora.
A large kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two twin beds), screened-in patio and a deck with a grill are there for your enjoyment. Kayak, row boat and a dock are also present. Nearby are the Finger Lakes and Seneca Lakes Wine Trails, Bass Pro Shop (Auburn)and Turning Stone Casino and Resort (1.5 hours).

I loved the cottage and the community we stayed in. Very quiet, nice neighbors and beautiful sunsets. The cottage could have been a tad bit cleaner but on the whole the vacation was wonderful. ! I would recommend this place for anyone that wants a relaxing quiet vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

We only spent a week-end but found the cottage nice and the lot was great. Very well kept with lots of room for our dog to play. The fishing was great from our boat and the dock. I was disappointed that check in time was 3 pm Friday and check out at 10 am. Sunday but I guess that's the norm. No steps from drive-way to cottage and lots of room for parking. There are about 5 steps to the lake and dock. It's not the fanciest cottage but it's homey and quaint. Will definitively plan a longer stay next year...Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Quiet and relaxing! Beautiful view! This cottage was clean and well equipped. The owners were quick to reply to emails/questions about the property. We had a great time with the kayak...almost 50 and it was my first time in one...LOVED it!!! All in all it was a great week away. I would definitely go back to this porperty!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
