Spacious 3 bedroom (each bedroom has its own full bath) condo located in a gated community (Point Emerald Villas, D 310) on a lovely beach. Ideal for 3 couples or a family. Sit in the den and watch the ocean waves break on the shore; tan in the privacy of your own balcony; swim in your choice of two pools; watch the kids swim in the pool from the condo front entrance; sit on the wide beach; walk to the "point" and fish in the surf. The elevator to the 3rd floor is 20 steps from the front entrance to the condo.
Linens are provided. Do your own housekeeping and save money.
No pets; no smoking. Interested only in renters who will treasure and enjoy the condo as we do. Prices listed are already discounted since we do not rent through a realty.
The additional tax is 11.75%. A refundable damage deposit of $ 125 plus 1/2 the listed price is required to reserve the unit. The remainder 50% is required 14 days prior to arrival date.

Owner Description
We are a retired couple in our early seventies who honor God and treasure our family. We did not rent this condo until two years ago when the economy became so bad. We would like renters who would enjoy the condo but treat it as their vacation home.

I love this location. The beach is fabulous for families and there are so many amenities in the surrounding area.

My family and I all agreed this is the best place we have ever rented - the pictures are a dead on match (We had my parents, my moms 2 single sisters and myself and my 2 daughters). My dad has knee problems so the elevator right near the door was great. Biggest deck we have ever seen on a rental and on the top floor you could lay out here if you wanted privacy. They have a line strung along the railing with clothes pins for drying, 5 chairs outisde was great, New England type view with the ocean between was so picturesque. Washer and dryer for use is great. My family brought our own sheets and towels just to make the last day an easier exit but if you prefer they have everything! We cook a lot and stove worked great. They have more pots and dishes than you could ever need - my mom always drags her pots to the beach but we were able to leave them in her car. We tend to wash by hand but they do have a dishwasher. They also have all the cleaning products ready to use. A lot of seating in the great room, 3 baths and 4 TV's meant when we wanted to get away we could. The main room has a DVD/VCR combo so bring the movies. Deer are out on the open area right outside deck almost every morning and evening. Many families had their chairs, bikes, and umbrellas sitting out on the beach or at the complex unlocked and as far as I know nothing was ever touched. Really safe and friendly. The 2 pools were great! They have travel pamphlets, apparently most units do not have wireless as some lady in another unit came to ask for our password which we didn't give out of course. You should really consider staying here. Only negatives I can think of is there is no hot tub, the walk through the soft sand to the beach is a little challenging with knee problems (my dad did better when he wore tennis shoes instead of beach shoes), there is no life guard but the ocean was just enough to be fun but not dangerous on any of the days we were there and you will only have one key and gate pass so you need to have a phone if you are more than one family so others can call when they need to be let in.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. We really try to please our guests and want them to enjoy their vacation. The number of gate passes are limited by the association. If you rent your unit, one is needed for the present renter; one, for the past renter to return; and one for the future renter coming in. Then the owner has to keep a gate pass and the cleaning team, a pass. The association limits the passes to ensure good security. This makes it a little more inconvenient, but I feel comfortable staying in our unit by myself, particularly since the manager resides in our building.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children.

I've rented several other condos before at different beaches and this was by far the best. The location to the pool, the beach, the elavator, restaurants - was all great. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Nice linens and towels were provided. I really appreciated that alot of basic kitchen items such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, baggies, etc were there and kept me from having to buy all of that for a one week stay. The owner was very nice and communicated well prior to our arrival. I will recommend this condo to everyone I know!
