This beautiful Northwoods getaway features a tastefully decorated bedroom with a private full bath. Gourmet breakfasts often with local foods or ethnic specials such as a Finnish pancake (pannukakauu).
Cross country ski trails are within a five minute drive. Hiking and walking trails are nearby. A Native American reservation is in the county and powwows are performed in the winter and summer (usually the 3rd weekend of July). Massage therapy is offered at the bed and breakfast.
Roses can be ordered for that special anniversary. A special gourmet lunch basket can be ordered upon request to take for an afternoon outing. A computer with DSL is available for all guests. Wireless is available. The bed and breakfast is handicapped accessible.

gourmet breakfasts, fruit, juice, smoothies, quiche, finnish pancake, crepes, breakfast pasty are some of the menus we use. sit on the porch and drink lemonade, visit the local waterfalls, go hiking, visit our local lighthouse. lake superior is two blocks away. private balconies, fireplaces, firepit to enjoy smores in the evening.

the breakfast was so yummy. had a massage in the recreation room. so relaxing. sleep so soundly it was peaceful. owner sent us to a great restaurant. highly recommend
