Beautifully renovated and colorfully redecorated home directly on the bay in quiet, Townsends Inlet. On the bay and only one block to the beach. This home is the first floor of a two unit home. There are four bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, new central air conditioning, and two bathrooms. All new pergo floors throughout with new windows and siding done in 2006. The roofed porch is the full length of the house and faces the bay.

The views are breathtaking and the sunsets are the best at the shore. Sliding doors in the living room and also in two of the bedrooms facing the bay. There is a small beach on the bay and a place to launch your kayak. At the end of the dock is a charming bench for viewing the spectacular sunsets. Fishing, crabbing, and swimming are all enjoyed from the dock. Peace and tranquility is what you will find at this lovely old fashioned shore home. Don't forget your camera!
