This is our third time staying in Windsor Hills and it never disappoints. We loved the house we were a family of 6 adults and 2 children and it was more than enough room for us. Staying at this house made traveling with 2 small children so much easier there was everything we needed there and more. Loved all the pool toys, dvds, games etc. There is a huge park just around the corner. My only complaint is the carpet in the house, other than that we would stay again.

My family of 11, which included 6 adults and 5 children, under the age of 6, stayed in the house in March. The house had everything in it that any family could need or want. Along with all the necessities there were so many extras, including games and toys for the children, movies, pool toys, and books for all ages. Mike from the management company was so pleasant and accommodating when I called to ask some questions. We definitely are thinking of booking the house again for next year.

We were very pleased with the accomodations. The house was as described, and a short drive to all Disney parks(5 minutes). The community was well maintained, and the parks and pool were a hit with the kids. Loved the dvd players in the kids bedrooms, and everyone was happy with some space to themselves. Close to shopping(Target / Publix), and anything else you might need. Mgmt was also helpful and accomodating.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I want to start that this was an amazing rental house that was super clean. The home is huge and all of my family members could retreat to their bedrooms and watch TV on huge flat screens. This was an added bonus after a long day at the park. There was an abundant of towels, kitchen supplies, and everything needed for young children. The TV outside by the pool area was also a great idea and most of our meals were eaten relaxing poolside. After staying in this house I will never stay in a hotel again. You are literally 2 miles from all the parks and navigating around was easy. The owner and property manager responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had prior and during our stay. Windsor Hills is a great gated community with a fabulous pool. Definitely recommending to all my friends and hope to return soon.

Hi Amanda I just wanted to let you know what an amazing Disney vacation we had and how much we enjoyed your Disney home. The kids were in awe as soon as they walked in the door and had so much fun running from room to room to pick out which one they would stay in. The decor was fabulous and they loved the Mickey and Minnie room and the Toy Story room -it was like it was tailor made for our children. You have it perfectly set up for a family with children - strollers, cribs, night lights, sippy cups, high chairs, stair gates, plastic cutlery & children's crockery. The game's room was really amazing. It was so nice to come home from a long day at Disney and let the kids get a good night sleep in their own rooms whilst we were able to sit on the lanai relax and watch TV. It was so close to the parks literally 10 minutes by car. We were able to enjoy breakfast at our own home before we headed to the parks and were able to eat so much healthier. Thank thank thank you. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to many of our friends.

We have been to Windsor Hills many times before and continue to choose this location for cleanliness, friendly staff and the location to activities. At the end of the day if you have been catering to children at theme parks or shopping at the outlets it is the perfect place to unwind and relax. This home in particular had things above and beyond what any of the other homes had. The plates and glasses were plentiful and better quality. We actually purchased a mat and a frying pan for our other home as it was not nearly as equiped as this kitchen. The pool area was roomy and came with swim toys, TV, speakers from the inside stereo as well as cozy lounge chairs. The other homes we have stayed at did not have these simple additions as well as the comfy couches in living room and the computer with kids games. The photo on display of the games room does not do it justice as this room had carpet, futons, TV with Wii and playstation with games and movies! So much for the kids to do and plenty of space to spread out. Thanks for the lovely stay and we will return! The Cole family of British Columbia, Canada

An Incredible Vacation

I want to take the opportunity to leave a review that might help others who want to rent this home. I cannot say enough good things about the house. The beds were so comfortable that my family slept even better than they do at home. The home contained everything we needed from beach towels for the pool to a completely equipped kitchen. The games room was perfect for the kids to wind down at the end of the day. The pool and spa was perfectly heated from the moment we arrived. On some of our previous trips the pool heat wasn't turned on until the day we arrived so the pool was not useable for a day or so until sufficiently heated. Not so here!! Our kids jumped in five miutes after arriving. The staff at the gate were friendly and efficient. We felt completely safe. The location of the house was perfect. From our driveway to Magic Kingdom was about 7-10 minutes. This is our fifth trip to Kissimmee and we have rented a home or condo every time. This is also our second 6 bedroom rental home. This home was the best one we have rented so far and it helped to make a great vacation awesome. Thanks again, Amanda!!

Perfect Vacation, Perfect House

I can't tell you what a wonderful time our family had at Disney World last week (Jan.28-Feb. 2), and a lot of it had to do with your perfect house. It was just right for our group of 12. Enough space for everyone. We loved all the bedrooms and especially the pool area. Whenever we were all home together, everyone was on the lanai using the pool and hot tub. The adults could sit around the hot tub after the kids went to bed and just chill!! It couldn't have been better. > > I will definitely recommend your house to everyone else we know who is coming to the area. Besides the house and resort being exceptional, the location is excellent and you can get to just about anywhere in a few minutes. - shopping is close and easy to find. It was a chance for our family to make memories that the kids and grandkids will remember forever. Thanks again for everything.

My family, including myself, my 2 children (3 and 1), my mother, 85 year old grandmother and aunt all stayed at this lovely property last week. The kids had a fantastic time in the pool from morning till night. Everything a large family could need or want is readily available at the house, with a great management company. The location couldn't be better with all that US 192 has to offer a minute away. As a vacation home owner, I can honestly say this house is a great rental for any family--large or small.

Beautiful home, reasonably priced and plenty of space for all of our family. Very close to all Disney parks. Would recommend this home to everyone. Owners and management company were very helpful. Hope to come back next year!!!!!

Amanda, We had a great time at your home and it was everything we imagined it to be. The pool and slide at Windsor were even more beautiful in real life! We loved the house and it was very close to Disney, shopping, grocery stores and dining! Thank you for working with us on our extension to our stay, we loved it. The kids loved the gameroom and it came in handy on the rain filled days! We were also very impressed with the mgt. company and their prompt response to our questions. We would love to book your home again! Still have some days left on our tickets to Disney due to rain so...we will be back! Family of 9 had plenty of room-rent this house you will not be disappointed! We rent our own property in another part of FL and are really picky! Thanks for the great house!

Best Villa Ever

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! My family and I had a wonderful time during our 21 day stay--we didn't want to leave! Everything was just as you described, only better. We were such a happier family having room to spread out as opposed to being all stuck in 1 hotel room. Windsor Hills was so close to everything we wanted to see and do! During our trip, we not only went to the parks but also used the house as a "home base" for day trips to Daytona and Tampa. Being able to park in a driveway as opposed to circling through a parking lot late at night looking for a spot to park was divine! AND--having plenty of showers for people to get cleaned up each day meant we had more "down time" as a family. After several visits to the Orlando area, this was by far our best trip ever--and, the best value ever, too! Between the swimming pool, game room, and all the TV's all entertainment was covered! And when we were ready to sleep, the beds were comfy and luxurious and exactly what we needed after being on the go all day. Our family is already talking about "when we go back"!

This home provides all the requirements for a perfect Disney vacation. It is well appointed, spacious, comfortable, secure and convenient. The pool with its adjoining spa in a screened lanai is a welcoming relaxing oasis after a busy day at one of the very close Disney parks or other area attractions. We were a party of 12 and this home can truly and comfortably accommodate 14 guests. This property is located in a very secure (24 hour gated) community with shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. This is the most best value you will find. It is very fairly priced amoung other rental homes in this and other complexes. The photos on line are current and reflect the actual quality. We had the best vacation and can not wait to return. We will rent this home again without hesitation.

One of the Best

We just returned from a wonderful trip to Orlando. The weather was hot and sunny and after our days at the parks it was so nice to relax by the pool where it was sunny all day long. The kids loved all the pool toys provided and the adults were very happy to relax on the comfortable lounge chairs. The outside tv was an added bonus, especially in the evening when the kids just had to have a last swim before heading inside to the games room. The kids felt this was their very own territory with it's mini fridge for cold drinks, tv and futon. This is a very beautiful home and we had everything we needed to make our stay a comfortable and a happy one! The location is great for anyone who doesn't want to spend forever in the car getting to the parks! We have already recommended the villa to our family and friends and will definitely be making a return visit! If you are looking for cleanliness, comfort and a great location then this is the villa for you! Thanks Amanda for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We just returned from a 10 night stay in this villa ,it was beautiful. the villa is well maintained and very clean.The photos accurately reflect the rentals appearance and amenities.The owner and management company were very nice to deal with .I would highly recommend this property and I will definetly return Thanks Amanda for making our stay very enjoyable !!

The description of this 5 star villa from the website was everything it should be and more. We enjoyed all day sun from dawn till dusk inside the pool area and the kids loved the pool and pool toys. Plenty of room inside the villa and very clean. Lots of kitchen utensils and plenty of pool towels. Husband loved watching HD Sports channels on the big screen. Kids loved the chill out zone in the games rooms with its own futon and TV and mini fridge. Great location for the golfer as there are plenty of 1st class golf courses at great rates. Excellent choice of supermarkets and a huge array of restaurants nearby. Will definitely be returning in the near future. Many Thanks to Amanda for all her quick response and efficiency it all helps.

This property is truly a home away from home. It is everything and more than what is advertised on the website. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants, shopping and the theme parks are only minutes away. Windsor Hills is truly a five star resort. The house was very comfortable and clean, very spacious and well maintained. The pool area was a delight plenty of sun loungers with all day sun and undercover eating area with outdoor television and music system for those who want to enjoy a relaxing evening after a busy day at the theme parks. Plenty of Dvds to watch and a good selection of games to play for all ages.

We just returned from a 7 night stay at this villa and we miss it !! We were thrilled with this house - it had everything we needed, it was spacious, beds were VERY comfortable, lots of pool towels, loved the outdoor TV and speaker system, plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the pool, where it was always sunny from sunrise to sunset. We're hoping we can return next year !
