This spacious and gracious property on the lake is only available for weeks June 26-July 10 2010. It includes 2 2-story houses which are connected by a 150' flagstone walk, large green lawn, and circular drive.
Birch trees, hemlocks and tall pine abound. It is a perfect setting for family vacations and reunions. The big house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and sleeps 11. Downstairs consists of a large living room with fireplace and an equally large sun room/dining room with extensive views of the lake and mountains.
A big country kitchen, large fridge, etc. make cooking fun. A stone patio is just outside. The little house has 4 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 single plus 1 trundle)and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs is a medium sized living room with fireplace and sliding glass door.
The prominent feature is a large wood deck cantilevered over the lake, with a large screened porch at one end, with extra dining table and chairs. The gas grill is shared between both houses. The deck gets lots of sun and views of sunsets.

- The large expanse of green lawn overlooking the lake offers quiet rest, plenty of lawn chairs, a chance to hear the loons, swing in the hammock and view incredible sunsets. Alternatively, sports enthusiasts can sail in the sunfish, row the boat, canoe, practice their yoga, badminton, croquet, borrow our many bikes and helmets to complete the 12 mile lake loop, or wade out to the tiny island in front. Inside the houses are many toys, games and puzzles, plus an old piano, and great places for hide and seek. Across the road among the woods is our Har-tru tennis court, and below is a 4-car garage with a ping-pong table. The property enjoys a large sandy swim beach sunlit until late afternoon. Nearby is a cabana with enclosed hot water shower. These is a swim float in the water off the beach and several small kayaks for kids or adults, and sunfish. These is another small beach used to park the rowboat. Next to the beach is a private dock for boats.
