It is beautifully furnished, with original artwork, comfortable furniture, a Community Club Room + Outside Bar & Patio for Parties. Everything to make your vacation experience a memorable one has been provided for you and your family and friends. PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME HERE!!
Spa Services (Facials, Massage, Manicures, Pedicures, Haircuts) are available. Mexican cuisine can also be provided (ask about our menus). Tours can be arranged to suit your tastes. Tennis and the semi-private beach is only steps away for you to enjoy surfing, fishing, swimming or horseback riding.
Our Club Room has wireless capabilities for your computer, and also a computer for your use. The room has a large Flat Screen TV, Videos, Books, Games, Space is Available as Well as Tables for Lectures, Meetings, or Private Events. It is only a very short walk to the sandy beach...go surfing, swimming, mussel & shell hunting, or a leisurely walk. We enjoy many sunny days year-round (suitable for sunbathing) here in this part of the world and are within 15 minutes of Fox Studios, the world famous Lobster Village of Puerto Nuevo, and La Fonda Restaurant. 3 Golf Courses are within 30 minutes of us. It is only 45 minutes to the wine country of The Valley of Guadalupe, Ensenada. Our community is relaxing and private.

Why the Owner Chose Mision Viejo
I have other properties in the northern Baja area and I just love the community! The beach is so great to walk my dogs on! Their is a small casino just 20 minutes north of us in Rosarito Beach, if you like doing that sort of thing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everyone tells me that I have thought of everything! The 2 fireplaces (one in living room and one in the master bedroom), and the jacuzzi tub arrangement in the master bedroom REALLY sells the condos! The underground, gated parking, community club room, and the outdoor patios are great too!

I built this condo development myself and designed it so that everyone would enjoy their living experience here. La Sirena means mermaid in Spanish. You will see a lot of them around. A lot of attention was paid to the details, so that everyone could just relax and enjoy living!! I hired local artists to create the many wonderful details in each condo. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do!
