We have yearly been visiting the island for over 10 years and especially love the poipu kai condos. We found this condo to be excellent for our needs. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and we enjoyed lounging on the large sofa in the living room. The plasma TV's are large and good quality. Since the unit is on the 2nd floor it stayed cool with a nice breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances worked well.

The condo offered all that was listed and more. Help on site was excellent and quick. We loved that the condo was situated so close to many wonderful places to eat, swim, shop, walk, and hike. We enjoyed it so much we signed up to go to the same place and condo next year.

Great poolside condo! Large spacious rooms, well furnished and equipped. We felt like we were at home. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with all the pots, pans and dishes. Made it real easy to plan and have "home cooked" meals. Beach towels, chairs, water toys, everything you'd have at home. Easy walk to beaches. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a great ground floor condo - very clean, with nice large rooms and comfortable furniture. Kitchen and baths were well-equipped (we counted 4 hairdryers!) Location is good, just steps away from the pool and outdoor grill. We're looking forward to our next stay in December 2011.

My friend and I stayed here for 9 days while construction was going which we were told before renting, because of the construction we got a discount.. : ) We were rarely in the condo when work was being done so it worked out wonderful... I loved having plenty of room with a full kitchen and washer and dryer n your kitchen!! Yeah.. Very Affordable price, honest owner who appreciates good renters.. Beautiful views of the ocean, walking distance to amazing beaches.. We had the best time and I reccomend to anyone it can comfortably sleep four if you have more people!! Thank you again for such an incredible place to visit,we loved your home and fell in Love with the Magnificent Island Kauai!! Mahalo

Fabulous condo for a couple who want quiet surroundings. Ocean views are lovely and we easily spotted whales, turtles and spinner dolphins from the lanai! The condo is very nicely appointed and well kept. Everything you need in a kitchen ~ and the bed is also very comfortable. Quiet complex makes for a very relaxing time. We can't wait to plan a return trip!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, well maintained and managed 2bd/2bath condo. Kitchen very well equipped for the chef of the house. Comfy king size bed. Definitely will be back! Excellent location with great amenities close by. Poipu beach is within short walking distance. Amazing experience!

We had a lovely visit on Kauai and enjoyed the 3 bedroom condo very much - great location, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped!! The kitchen is a cook's dream, and the neighbors are very nice. The whales swam by, and the surf was good. Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach are only a short walk away. We had a fun dive with Fathom Five in Koloa and really liked 22 North (formerly Gaylord's) and Keoki's Place for dinner. Golf is nearby and fabulous. We've rented all over Hawaii, and this is one of the nicest places we've stayed.
