Our vacation home is located at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, between Pensacola and Panama City, eight miles east of Destin, FL.
Our vacation home is pleasingly decorated and provides fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6 and serving tables for others, living room with 2 sofas, chair, TV and fireplace, master bedroom with king sized bed, TV and its own bath, two twin bedrooms and hall bath, and washer and dryer in the utility room.
The large patio affords a view toward the golf course and bay and space for family activities. A charcoal cooker is provided for outdoor grilling. A small pool is a part of the patio for enjoyment of all, especially the kids.
The vacation home is available year round. Reservations can be made by email or by phone. Special rate for rental of our vacation home is about 50% less than the resort charges for the same unit. This is because the owner handles the rental and works directly with the renter. The rental fee includes deposit, housekeeping, and taxes.
Sandestin is a wonderful vacation destination, located on 7.5 miles of beach and bayfront property. The 2400 acre gated resort offers:

Why the Owner Chose Linkside
We bought this property near Destin, FL because it was reasonably accessible to a large population area of the southest part of the country. We had vacationed in the area and we wanted to have our own place in this great beach location. The property is a one level vacation home and is excellent for families with children as well as young and older adult groups. You have your own small pool and a larger pool a block away. The large resort offers many amenities including golf, fishing, health club, tennis and other recreational activities.

Great weekend!!!. Place was really clean and well maintained. Full kitchen. Great Price. Plenty of room. Kids loved the small pool that my 7 year old can stand up in. Pool has side benches to sit on. Big pool within walking distance. Plenty of golf courses. Baytowne is great. Tram service runs almost 24 hours for free with little waiting time. Dropped us off at the front door. Plenty of restaurants resaonbly priced. (see Baytown Wharf website.) Playgrounds for kids. Trails for all. Lots of shopping. Mr. Banks is super to work with. Looking forward to next stay.
