This seaside rental is an open and airy ground floor condo (no stairs) with stunning gulf and sunset views from the living/dining/kitchen areas and the wrap-around veranda. Enjoy the views and seaside breezes from the charming porch swing or rest and read on the Adirondack chairs and ottoman. This 1024 sq. ft. unit is the former model for the complex and is located on a private end of the property with windows on all sides. Convenient parking is right outside your entrance door.
The unit is comfortably furnished and has a light-colored leather sofa, seaside accessories and a fully-equipped kitchen. Pets allowed include a maximum of two dogs up to 25 lbs each. Sorry, but cats are not permitted.
The complex has a boat dock/fishing pier and a seaside pool and Jacuzzi. It is a short walk to the local grocery store and excellent seafood restaurants. Enjoy Cedar Key clams, stone crab, local fish or smoked mullet at several local restaurants; walk the meandering shoreline or kayak the beautiful gulf waters.
Historic Cedar Key is a charming old Florida seaside village located within Florida’s Nature Coast. It is charming, tranquil and very quiet. The town has two museums, several art galleries, interesting Old Florida boutiques and shops. Boat and kayak rentals are available a few blocks away. Visit the Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park and enjoy nature tours such as swimming with Manatees in Crystal River 1.25 hours away or visit Manatee Springs State park in Chiefland, 45 minutes from Cedar Key.
